"They did NOT want or care about our business"

I can't actually review the contents of their tour, because their rep talked me out of it. I stopped in the office at about 11 am on a Saturday. I wanted to ask about their policies during Covid-19 and find out how to use their services. The representative told me that because it was "so late in the day" it really wasn't worth it. I asked why, and was told that the last trolley was at 5pm. That would have been SIX HOURS of touring. How is that not enough time? The representative kept saying, well "it's your money" like he would accept the inconvenience of taking our money for the trip. We walked out and did the Freedom Train instead. It was a much better option. It was safe, socially distant, and I got some exercise.

"Great start to my visit to Boston"

This was a great way to start my trip to Boston. It gave a nice sense as to the layout of Boston and a sampling of what areas I wanted to go back to. The drivers are very nice and tell great stories and the history of the places that you’ll drive by and visit. I took the one day pass but could have easily gone for the two day as there is so much to explore in Boston. Thanks for the very nice drive and your care and expertise.

"COVID Warning"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

We like to utilize hop on and off tours for both information and transportation. We purchased the 2-day gold pass to accomplish this goal. Unfortunately, after our first Hop off, we had to wait 55 minutes for a pickup. We called after 30 minutes, and talk to an operator who said that a bus was only two stops away. 25 minutes later we finally received a pickup. This also caused us to miss our boat cruise. Needless to say we did not attempt to repeat that experience. I understand that things are slow because of covid-19, but I wish we would have been notify that buses are only running every 30 to 60 minutes. Note: The drivers were both FANTASTIC! (Especially Batman!)

The trolleys are open-air vehicles but have plastic “isinglass” windows that can roll up or roll down depending on the weather conditions.

Does the trolley come back to get me is I get off?
The trolleys go around the city in a continuous loop, allowing guests to hop off and hop on at the designated stops. When you hop off a trolley to see the sights at a particular stop, that trolley will continue with the tour, and another trolley will arrive shortly to make another pick up.
