We stayed at the Bostonian for Valentine’s Day weekend . Alexandre was an amazingly gracious host from the minute we checked in until our departure. He made our trip enjoyable and convenient. We would definitely be returning on our next trip to Boston.

The location of the hotel is fantastic..steps away from Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. A short walk to the North End too! But the main reason that the review is so positive is that Alexandre was amazing in his support in getting a day cancelled because of a family emergency. Our original stay was set for February 15-17 but we had to get a flight home on the 16th. Even though we booked through a third party (Hopper), Alexandre approved the cancellation. The third party was not helpful at all and he was wonderful throughout. Emergencies happen and he made the cancellation happen with Hopper. Extremely great customer service, we will be back because of him!!! We will be returning in August for a night to see fireworks (he said to call and book with him so we get a good view!). My girlfriend was so happy to visit Boston for the first time and now she wants to come back and stay at The Bostonian Hotel Boston!
