Will definitely return to this hotel next time I’m in Boston. The Bostonian is next to everything just a block from the North end, across the street from the Quincy market, just a few blocks from the Christopher Colombus park and 7 minutes from the airport. The staff here were all very attentive and fast. Easy check in and easy check out. The cleaning crew here very attentive as well. Valva, Paula, and Charles the team in the front desk were all very friendly. Andrew the doorman always a pleasure talking to him, very friendly and helpful. The manager here Alexandre is the epitome of kindness, very costumer oriented and the example of what a manager is supposed to be.

We arrived on New Year's Day morning. The Bostonian was sold out from the night before so we dropped our bags off at the hotel and enjoyed the afternoon. Our reservation was for one king bed only but we requested if available two beds instead. When we arrived back around 2pm Valda was able to fulfill our request with no additional fee. We we're thrilled. Alexander the front end manager was excellent as well. The entire staff made our stay easy and delightful. This location is perfect. Walkable to the historic North End known as Little Italy. Some of the best Italian food in the U.S. Also, near all of our favorite Irish Pubs and across the street from Faneuil Hall. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bostonian next time you visit Boston.
