"About what you could expect"
September 2025 NEW
The park was fun, about what you would expect. We did pay $200 to rent a cabana for the day. Online, the photos showed nice comfortable furniture with cushions. Couches, chaise loungers. When we arrived, the “cabanas” all had a regular table & plastic patio chairs. Not as advertise at all & a big letdown. We were able to get our money back after some talking. Other than that, it was fun. Food is expensive, of course. $18 for chicken tenders and fries. Added photos to show what was promised for a cabana and what we got.

GREAT FAMILY DAY! Got to make memories of my grandchildren’s first waterpark experience. Lines weren’t long. The staff were great! Only negative was the pricey food. Planning a 2026 family trip for sure!

"Big Kahuna Water Park"

The park doesn't have enough sides or entertainment to accommodate adults. It's not welcoming for every age group. My husband and I was rather disappointed as we visited the park hoping to enjoy the water park during a hot sunny day.

"Avoid, definitely not worth it"
August 2025 NEW
Not a great experience. We went while on vacation last week half the slides were closed, Thunder River (one we bought tickets just to do) was closed, the wave pool waves weren’t working.. The park is very hard to navigate, no signs pointing you where the rides are so you spend half your time wandering trying to find an entrance to a ride only to find several pathways are closed off so you walk around another way to find the ride itself you’re looking for is closed too.
You have to bring your own inner tube to one of the Raging Rhino River from one of the lazy rivers. You don’t know this and are no signs saying to so you have to climb all these stairs that don't have proper railing to hold on to, after finally finding the entrance just to have to climb back down go all the way to one of the lazy rivers to grab a tube then walk all the way back up to the rhino river. Then you end up getting stuck several times going down the Raging Rhino River and it doesn’t matter your size or weight, all of us ranging from a skinny 13 yr old barely 100lbs up to 200lb adults all got stuck as the water isn’t deep enough as you’re sliding and you have to push yourself or get pushed by the next person coming behind you and hope you don’t end up getting knocked out of your tube or hitting your head or feet on the side as there will be a traffic jam since they don’t wait for anyone to finish going before sending the next. We ended up in a four person pile up at one part.

My daughter ended up getting hurt on a water slide where we were told they’d had at least 5 incident reports on that slide alone just that week

The staff was incredibly kind which is why I didn’t give 1 star. They were all very young but seemed knowledgeable and were very friendly. Just the waterpark itself seems run down, you pay to get in only to then find out half the stuff isn’t running after you get in which is a huge let down when you are looking forward to certain things then find out you’ve wasted a couple hundred bucks. Would never return and would not recommend this place.

Tip: Don't go expecting to ride anything because half the stuff will be closed down and the rest good luck finding the entrances.

"Big kahunas!!!"
August 2025 NEW
I read the reviews before hand and started to get bummed out. But as soon as we entered the park, the group of 4 adults, a toddler and an infant were so excited to try everything! There was so much to do! We got about 4 hrs in, yes 4 HOURS! Before we realized we didn’t even see half of the park!!! There was a whole other side. Definitely will be back!

Tip: Be prepared to spend a lot for little things. 2 drinks and a water was 13$ and a water protector for my phone was 30$!!! Over all fun though!

"So much fun for A family of 5"
August 2025
We had a great time. We were there at opening and left at closing. My kids enjoyed getting to run around and have freedom on the slides.. My kids were aged 10 to 13.
They could ride everything alone. It was easy, getting chairs and very little wait on slides.
