"Do yourself a favor and stay at this Hotel"

So clean - staff was friendly! Love the 2 queen studio with partial view of Gulf. So much room. Went to Publix first night for supplies for frig. Very well designed room!

I would give this a 3 star review but the price was decent and the location is nice so I bump it to 4 stars. It is the typical Home2 hotel and is in good condition and clean and what you would expect for them. You can walk to the beach from the hotel but the public beach is very small and surrounded by roped off private beaches on either side. The public beach as you would expect gets very crowded and there seemed to be mostly Spanish people there. When we were ther, it seemed to be mostly tourists everywhere and not many locals when going to restaurants.

Terrific experience, great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a great and convenient location. Rooms are very spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to everyone traveling to the Destin area. Also a great value.

"No soap!😡"

There was no hand soap whatsoever in the public bathrooms or in the guest rooms. I thought at first this was an unfortunate oversight so I asked for some soap at the front desk. The woman told me they did not have any soap available. This is absolutely unacceptable! By this time, we should all understand the importance of proper handwashing. The hotel should have contacted each guest to warn them that they did not have any soap. We like Home2 Suites well enough that we probably would have stopped off at a store to buy our own soap if we had known ahead of time.

"Worst Hilton Property Experience Ever"

I was so disappointed in this hotel! The shining light during our stay was Shekeria who was at the fro t desk when we checked in. She sent us multiple texts to make sure we were doing well. At first glance, the room looked good. We discovered several issues with housekeeping. First, the table was disgusting! It took 4 Lysol wipes to clean it. Housekeeping was scheduled for every other day which we were fine with. I left a message of what we needed. The housekeeper filled half of the requested items. They also left their dirty, wet cleaning rag on the ironing board! Gross!!!We ended up going to the front desk to get the rest: coffee, hand towels, and toilet tissue. The final straw was that my husband's shoes bags disappeared while we were there. When I reported it, the desk clerk was very nonchalant about it! There was zero concern, assurance of follow up or anything. Do not stay here!! There are many other Hilton property options near by.
