    Prior to checking in:
  • All guest suites are non-smoking
  • A limited number of pet-friendly suites are available for Club Owners only. Please contact the resort directly to check availability before booking. Requests cannot be guaranteed until a pet-friendly suite is assigned.
  • Restrictions and charges may apply. RV or motor home parking allowed at this resort (the front desk will advise the location at check-in).


    When checking in:
  • At time of check-in, valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old to check into the resort. A credit card for $200 security deposit and a daily $16 plus tax resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
  • Resort Fee of $16 pus taxes includes WiFi, garden recreational activities, pool and spa, seasonal activities, 24 hour lobby coffee/tea, 24 hour Business Center Computer/Internet access, boarding pass printing and usage of the Outdoor gas grills.

All fees mentioned are subject to change and applicable taxes.

Stayed overnight on a Saturday with another couple on a road trip. Ms Robin at the front desk was welcoming and assigned us to a renovated room in Building D, and even gave us a late checkout at 11am (normal checkout time is 10am). Our friends, who are seniors, were assigned an unrenovated room on the 2nd floor in another building by a different front desk staff. Our friends had a little difficulty going up the stairs with their bags, since this Bell Rock Inn Sedona hotel does not have elevators, but luckily one of the friendly staff near the pool area saw and quickly helped them with their bags up to their room on the 2nd floor. We did enjoy the room with a full kitchen and lobby amenities (free coffee and water refill station), and their toiletries, and our king size bed was comfortable, including plenty of USB charging outlets. Our room was relatively clean and we all had a good night sleep. Hotel appears to be old but well-maintained, with friendly staff. They do charge $17.01 with tax as resort fee, which includes parking, but no breakfast. We were offered a $100 gift card to sit in on a 90-minute timeshare presentation, but they were not pushy when we declined. I think the hotel is part of the Hilton Vacation group, but we had booked our room from a third-party website. Hotel is about a 10 minutes walk to the Bell Rock Pathway, and there are several restaurants within walking distance nearby. We would stay here again, and for sure ask for a renovated room.

We stayed at the Bell Rock Inn for one night. We had originally booked 2 nights at another property, but had to change a few days before arrival and the other property's price skyrocketed. Bell Inn was very reasonably priced. They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated as I had gotten sick on our trip and wanted to rest. We were impressed with the room - large, clean and comfortable. It was also nice being about 10 minutes away from downtown Sedona at the height of the spring break crush of people and traffic. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby that were convenient. I've already recommended Bell Rock Inn to someone planning a trip to Sedona.

We only stayed here one night on our way to Page and Northern Arizona. The accommodations were fine- a little worn but perfectly acceptable and We didn’t make use of any of the resort amenities even though we had to pay $17 a day for a resort fee. The pool and hot tub looked nice and the grounds themselves are kept up. the office staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Antonio at the front desk was spectacular. They made good suggestions for hikes and eats. But some great places were left off the list. It’s a marketing partnership thing. For coffee the Bike place was great. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. What do you want. That does it for me. Pool and Hot Tub options were nice. Hot tub capacity was 6 so we couldn’t go in as it was small and full. Bummer. Stars were not as visible as I hoped. Still a good option outside of Sedona proper if you aren’t fancy.

Mu husband and I stayed in a studio at the Bell Rock Inn for a week. We would highly recommend staying here. PROS: (1) Check-in was a breeze, it only took us a few minutes. (2) The views from the property are amazing! (3) The room was very clean and spacious. It was quiet at night and also during the day. There was an apartment size dishwasher that was clean and efficient. Plenty of dishes, a stove top and a full size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. (4) The staff were helpful & friendly. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. (5) The location was great. About 20 minutes from Sedona. There are numerous restaurants nearby. (6) Parking was easy and located near the entrance to the building. We never had to struggle to find a spot or walk to far out of our way. (7) The heated pool and hot tub are a must! We did not get a chance to use them until our last night. We are so glad that we did. CONS: (1) Limited drawer space. There was not really any form of a "dresser", just a drawer in each of the nightstands. There were a few hangers in the closet, but not enough for clothes for 2 people for a week. My husband used a suitcase as a dresser. (2) We did not have any streaming capabilities on our tv. We were limited to my ipad for viewing. It is my understanding that some of the other buildings have been updated and do have smart tvs. (3) There was only one grocery store nearby and it was on the more expensive side.
