Spent a week in Branson, this hotel was located right on strip right between old Branson and the main strip (corner of 65 and 76) nice clean and friendly place they even gave us an anniversary card, and they have a hot breakfast every morning.

"Friendliest Hotel Staff Ever"

This was by far the friendliest hotel staff we have encountered. From the front desk staff to the maids to the breakfast staff, everyone made you feel like family. The room was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. As someone who has trouble sleeping in beds other than my own, I slept comfortably and woke up without back pain. The pool was a decent size and lots of fun. Breakfast provided quite a few choices including waffles, eggs and sausage, and biscuits and gravy that were all delicious.

Bay mount Inn & suites in Branson is a perfect place to stay , you could either drive up to the center of Branson will you will find MANY attractions or you can drive down the hotel where you will find the mall with various stores ! The Hotel was full of very friendly staff (especially in the Breakfast Room) and the pools are awesome ! It's a perfect place to stay !

worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were trying to check-in and there was no one to be found to check us in at the front desk. After waiting a few minutes and calling the hotel to see if they were in the back with no luck, we called the GM, a few minutes later a lady showed up. She seemed miserable at her job and also informed us that there was no breakfast to be served (even though it was said to be included on the website (I get it is due to COVID, but at least list that on the website so we can prepare)). Anyways, we were put on the 5th floor and soon found out the entire hotel is/was in the middle of a remodel. We were heading to our room when we were greeted by a contract worker who said our room was not ready since the lights were not updated yet. She kindly walked us to the front desk to let the lady at the front desk know that our room was not ready, but another room was. The front desk lady was super rude to the woman who walked us down and continued to raise her voice at her and tell her to stop what they were doing, they’ve ruined her check-ins that were supposed to be coming in, and they need to communicate to her cause she knew nothing about this. After several minutes of that conversation she finally gave us the new room key and I felt so bad for the sweet woman who walked us down. She continuously apologized even though it was not her fault. (Also, note that there was NOTHING on the website about the remodel, when I asked about it I was told the GM didn’t want to put it on there for whatever reason, money I’m sure). Skip to the next day and as we were excited to relax in the hot tub. Upon arriving to the indoor pool Area, my husband nearly stepped on a small snake by the pool. I called the front desk, expecting them to come take care of the snake and waiting over 10 minutes watching the snake so it wouldn’t be out of sight and they finally came down, just to ask if it was keeping us from swimming since they saw on the camera that we were just standing around waiting (umm, hello? I’m trying to help you). We went ahead and got in the hot tub, only to find out that it was COLD. I called they never came back down and the hot tub never got hot even after 30 minutes. They also never came to get the snake out of the area. There was also green algae growing on the the rock area around the pool. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times with no issues and have even brought 20+ students several times, but I will NEVER stay here again or bring my students back here to stay.

Was not great, we were not fully checked in and the first night we had other guests, the night manager and the maintenance try to get in to our room at 11pm. No breakfast and was not notified of this, staff and guests were either not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly, grab bar in shower was broken, phone was not plugged in and room was not cleaned in between our nights.

Do not stay here. There is not enough water coming out of the facet to even wash my hair. We have complained the last 2 days and nothing has been done about it. The lady at the front counter basically told us it wasn’t her problem!!!! Can’t even flush the toilet. I have no idea how they are cleaning the rooms.

My husband and I had a great stay at the property. They currently are not serving breakfast due to Covid-19, but they are providing vouchers to a nearby restaurant. I thought that was a very nice touch, since other hotels did not provide this. Nice staff, pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

Very disappointed. I called the night before to verify I had a room on the top floor, but when I went to my room, it was not on the top floor. Every night, the water from the a/c unit above dripped onto our window (which wouldn't have happened, if I had gotten a room on the top floor as I had called and requested). When we went to put things in the fridge, it had dirt in it. Didn't give you a good feeling about the cleanliness of the room. I used clorox wipes to wipe down the room, since I didn't trust the cleaning. The bathroom door would not close in our room. They advertised a free breakfast, but they did not have one. We should've been told this when we made the reservation. We should get a discount on the room, since we did not get the breakfast we were charged for. We had stayed at several hotels prior to this one, and we were still served a hot breakfast, so we were surprised that they had nothing at all. At the very least, they could've had a pre-packaged cold breakfast. The pool was open, but I did not go in the room, so I cannot rate that. Overally, it was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
