How many passengers can fly per tour?

There is a maximum of three (3) passengers per tour. Parties greater than three passengers will be split up into separate flights.

What time should I arrive for my scheduled flight?

Please arrive about 15-20 minutes prior to flight time to allow time for the safety briefing.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit. Children ages 23 months and under qualify as a lap child. So, if you don’t mind them riding in your lap, they can ride at no extra charge.

Can persons with disabilities take a flight?

Yes, there is limited wheelchair accessibility.

What should I bring?

You don’t need to bring anything apart from your camera for taking video and photos. You may also bring your cellphone for taking photos. It is also suggested to wear comfortable shoes, and dark-colored clothing for taking better photos. Light-colored clothing reflects on the transparent windows and can cause undesirable flares in your photos.

Is there a weight limit?

Maximum per passenger/per-seat weight limit is 300 lbs. (total combined weight not to exceed 550lbs max total weight). Per FAA regulations and in the interest of passenger safety, all passengers must be weighed at check-in. Only the flight crew will have access to passenger weights, and all information will be kept confidential.

Is it appropriate to tip the pilot?

Pilot gratuities are accepted and greatly appreciated.

Can pets come along for the ride?

No. FAA regulations strictly prohibit animals on board any helicopter flight.
