"Stayed at the hotel during the recent ice storm in Ashevile"

I had some difficulty with a booking reservation and Dana, hotel manager, really went the extra mile on my behalf. Very welcoming staff, positive and friendly environment. They seem genuinely happy to see you and to help. Highly recommend!!

Dana was a huge reason why our stay was very relaxing and made everything so accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. The staff here from check-in to the dining to the bar are so friendly. They really make you feel right at home. Josh, Ashley, Jay, and all the team here made are trip excellent. The Hotels location with all the surrounding shopping and entertainment was great. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Ashville. 😉😊

I had the wonderful pleasure of staying at this hotel with my daughter, sister and my pet. The hotel is very clean and the staff was AMAZING! Reception supervisor, Dana, is by far the absolute best, she made sure we were comfortable. Joshua was so very friendly as well. I will definitely book again with this hotel

"Best hotel in Asheville"

Excellent hotel! I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Asheville area for both work and family trips, and this is by far the best! Rooms are perfect, always clean, and the shower is amazing. Beds are very comfy as are the pillows. The hotel itself is always clean and seems to be well kept. Unlike a lot of other hotels doing “remodels” and updates, nothing here seems cheap. The staff have all been very nice and helpful too. The bar is very nice too. The location is also excellent! It’s in a very safe area called the Biltmore Town Center. There’s like 8 restaurants all within walking distance. Also a Barnes and Noble right beside it. If you don’t want the hotel coffee, make a trip to the Starbucks cafe in Barnes and Noble or there’s a drive-thru Starbucks right up the road. If there’s anything about this hotel I wasn’t a fan of, it’s the parking. It’s not horrible, but the parking deck is located on the backside of the hotel with no quick access into the hotel. You have to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the front door. But at least the deck is free. There’s also free street parking, but in the evenings it’s usually full. Still, it wouldn’t stop us from staying here every time we come to Asheville!
