"Fantastic Dog Friendly Hotel in a great area"

The hotel is a very nice hotel located in a great area with loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is dog friendly which was great for us since we were traveling with our golden. He was welcomed everywhere in the hotel including the restaurant which was a nice surprise to have excellent food. We had dinner there and breakfast as well. We were upgraded to a very nice corner suite which was very clean and comfortable for us all and would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

I had some travel complications that affected the timing of my stay. The management at the Biltmore Hilton went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. They put forth so much effort on my behalf. Incredible customer service from both managers, Jonathan and Dana! I will stay here any time I need a hotel in the Asheville area :)

Beautiful hotel and location. The pool, spa and restaurant were exceptional. Most hotels say how much they care about their guests, some show how much they care. They really do. Dana and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough about my experience here! The staff..Dana, Josh, and Ashley at Fork Lure were above and beyond awesome. It's very rare to experience this to the level they extended. The food was sensational and customer service on point!

"Amazing Southern Hospitality at this hotel"

Wow! Talk about Southern Hospitality!! Our flight landed about an hour late, and Dana (hope I got her name correct, it was 1:00 AM!) picked us us at the airport after already having gone home from work from the hotel. It was 1:00 AM, and she was at home! The hotel could have told us to take a taxi or an Uber to get to the hotel, but no, there was Dana in the hotel shuttle van to pick us up at the airport at 1:00 AM. I have never experienced anything like that, and she had the MOST AMAZING attitude! When we arrived at the hotel, Josh at the front desk was just as nice, just as accommodating. What an asset to this hotel to have amazing employees!! I travel all the time with work, spend many nights in hotels, but having someone from the hotel come to get us at the airport after going home is above and beyond! Truly impressed!!!! The hotel is lovely too—located in a cute area with shops, restaurants, places to walk for exercise, and even a movie theater.
