"Tammie was very helpful. Wonderful clean place! Nice breakfast also."

Check-in was smooth and quick the young lady wan very sweet. The room was very nice and spacious, and clean. It was much nicer than the other Hiltons we have stayed in. It was so convenient to restaurants that we walked to Carrabba's for dinner. What made it extra special was how wonderful the staff was! We had a couple problems (no faught of the hotel) There was a wonderful woman named Tammie that went over and above to help me with my problem. I so wish more hotels had help this wonderful and helpful. Definitely will stay there again. Sorry I forgot to take photos. I so wish I had. But I chatted with my grandson and he had to see every inch. So no photos this time. Definitely next stay.

This is a BEAUTIFUL place! VERY CLEAN, well appointed decor, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the night we were there someone had been in an accident and the hotel and all restaurants were without internet. Thank goodness for the pool and weight room came in handy!

I have stayed at this Hampton many times for business and pleasure. It’s always been a pleasant stay. It’s very well maintained. The best hotel experience that I have had in the Asheville area. Convenient to I-26 & the Asheville outlets.

"No Major Problems"

This hotel is located close to the Outlet Mall if you're there to shop which we weren't'. The employees were all pleasant, the hotel was attractive and clean. We had our dog with us and the pet fee was $75 for 2 nights. The only thing the hotel didn't have that we would have liked was sufficient grass or a dog walk area. There was only one little parking lot island with grass designed "dog walk". There was a lot of traffic on Brevard Rd. and no place to really walk a pet to any convenient area. But this is a reasonably priced Hampton. The breakfast was acceptable but no fruit either morning. Beds were comfortable.
