I had one of the best experiences at this hotels. From the time I checked in ,I was greeted by the nicest, friendliest and kind front desk person Savannah. I had 4 room with 2 reservations and she kindly created 4 different reservations and checked me in. Acknowledged me with my status, offered water, parking, and breakfast coupon. Later I had a pleasure to meet the front desk supervisor Laura, and Brittany. Another 2 great people with a smile. We had an event on Saturday and banquet manager messaged me on the day off and asked if I needed anything for the event that evening. Peter and Omar were amazing. Served us with great attitude.

Nick, at the front desk, was amazing! We came for one night so we could get an early start at Disneyland. My husband booked our room and after a very professional approach to a security requirement, we were in our room and ready to take on Downtown Disney. Nick explained the various options for transportation to our destination. He also provided information for eating the breakfast the following day. Thank you Nick! You are a true asset to the Marriott Family of hotels!

Booked a standard room with 2 queens. When I checked in, they were excited to let me know that they upgraded us to a suite with a king bed. The problem is we needed two beds. That’s why I booked the original room. They would not switch me back because now they are “sold out.” They then suggested a free of charge roll away bed. I guess I didn’t have much of a choice. That never showed up so at 8 pm, I asked for the rollaway to be delivered. 2.5 hrs later, nothing. I called and cancelled the roll away since we have to be up early. Beautiful hotel but absolutely horrible customer service.
