"Some good things some need improvement"

Beds were nice. Easy to find. Breakfast food wasn’t too bad for those quick style ones. But when we got to the room the door was ajar but luckily it was empty. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The chairs, railing and floor were covered in bird poop. The bathroom was a tub shower and the counter was marble and it had enough room. It also had a second sink area outside the bathroom which was nice.

Was awesome Clean hotel, pools are warm and great for even toddlers!! Had one problem with room they fixed it right away!! Only thing they didn't offer are water park arm bands when we arrived , so we paid for a water park . Didn't know we got them. They should remind you or tell you about them at check out!! Other then that are stay was wonderful!! Great Breakfast also!!

Overall this was a great stay. The room was clean and the mattress and bedding was very comfortable. The lobby and dining area were nice and the breakfast was tasty and well stocked. The location was off the strip, so it was quiet and yet close to everything.

Pool area was excellent, well maintained, water and air temp both pleasantly warm. The staff is top notch - professional, friendly and helpful. Quality of breakfast items is good, but could have used a couple more options for gluten-intolerant guests. Very quick drive to the main street part of the Dells

Everything was excellent from the faculty, our one bedroom king suite, breakfast, pool area, location is all perfect. Very soundproof from other rooms, was extremely clean and loved the little bar by guest services. Employees were so sweet and professional.
