"Terrible customer service and transport"

The tour itself was good, however the customer service and transport was abysmal. We were told to look out for bus 114 on our return. After our tour 114 was nowhere to be seen. We waited for a while and saw bus 115 and 01. After a while we enquired at the desk, who informed us that 114 had left, and that they had called the passengers. We said there was no way this could have been, as we were stood right outside the front the whole time. The lady behind the desk was rude and said that it was definitely here. We asked if there could have been a different number and she assured us that the 114 had certainly been and gone. There was nowhere to sit and wait, and in the extreme heat it was an incredibly uncomfortable situation. There was very little in the way of customer service, and rather we were made to feel ridiculed. About 5 staff members stood watching this interaction, and all began laughing raucously as soon as we stepped outside. She rung the bus driver, who then returned to get us, with the passengers still on board, who were clearly irritated at the delay to their journey. We tried to talk to the bus driver to apologise for the inconvenience and figure out the confusion, but we were ignored. We then saw that the bus was actually the 01, and not the 114. Therefore, despite the adamant assurance from the reception staff, the 114 never did arrive. There were also two people on the bus who were not originally meant to be on the bus, who said that the bus driver waved them on, which we assume made up the correct numbers and therefore he left. An extremely disappointing end to the trip. Terrible customer service for quite a pricey excursion!
