They provide round trip transportation from major hotels in the downtown New Orleans/ French Quarter area! When they say “door to door service”, they truly mean it. They will pick you up right in front of your hotel door. Pick-up begins an hour and thirty minutes prior to your scheduled bayou tour time. It is critical that you are ready and waiting at your pickup location, because their drivers have a small time frame to pick up all guests. Please note that if you need transportation, you MUST choose the hotel pick-up option when selecting your tickets, and enter your hotel in when in the check out process.Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
