"Overall was a great experience the family enjoyed all the pools and access to the beach was very convenient and easy."

Some outlets didn’t work in the room, the light in the kitchen took flipping the switch multiple times to come on. Other than that was overall a great experience for us.

"Would stay here again, room 734 was nice!"
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5
Reviewed June 20, 2025 NEW
We stayed in Room 734 and would recommend it. It had a great view of the beach/ocean and we watched the sunrise from the balcony. It was clean and both beds were comfortable. We liked the murphy bed that could push up out of the way if needed more space during the day. It overlooks the pool but the room was high enough we didn’t hear any noise when the balcony door was shut. The room was also at the end of the hall so there was not much noise from people in the hallway. It was fully-stocked with a microwave, pots & pans, ice trays, etc. There were several racks put in the bathroom so we had more than enough places to hang towels and wet swimwear as it was sometimes really windy on the balcony and we were afraid things would blow away. As for the resort itself, some areas were outdated but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The elevators were old but fast. We liked that Walmart was only a couple blocks away to get snacks/drinks for the room. I had read reviews about lack of service but in our experience, w, hile not always super-friendly, no one we encountered was rude or dismissive and all our questions/requests were answered. My kids loved the water slides, pools and two lazy rivers (one inside & one outside). If you get there before check-in time, they will still give you a wristband so you can go ahead and use the pool/slides while you wait. They do charge $12/day for parking. The chairs & umbrellas on the beach are $50/day or $30 additional days if pay for multiple days in one transaction. We would stay here again.

A pleasant stay at the beach. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I went out on a dolphin watch on Sea Racer, that was enjoyable. Mostly relaxed.
