Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs® Resort is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. The resort is conveniently situated directly across the street from Disney Springs' shopping, entertainment, and dining offering more than 150 venues. Scheduled daily shuttle service/transportation to the four Walt Disney World theme parks is available. Reservations are required and shuttle schedules and information are provided at check-in.

Each of the hotel’s spacious, lake house-themed guest rooms are located in the hotel’s 19-story main tower building. All rooms are equipped with plush pillow-top mattresses with luxurious linens, high-speed wireless Internet access, a 55-inch HDTV flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, and an in-room safe.

An Oasis Aquatic playground caters to kids of all ages. The hotel also features two outdoor pools, interactive water features, and a large hot tub.

Dining is a breeze at one of the several onsite outlets, including the brand new Oasis Restaurant and Bar located poolside offering food and refreshing beverages. The Sundial Cafe and Joffrey's Coffee Shop, located in the hotel lobby, offer the perfect spot to grab a quick breakfast or snack. The LakeView Restaurant, open daily, offers a mouthwatering breakfast buffet with all your favorites, including Mickey Mouse waffles!

My wife and I just completed our 9th stay at this property from October 4th through the 9th, and overall, we've consistently had good experiences here since 2020. The hotel’s best feature remains its fantastic location—a quick five-minute walk to Disney Springs, which is hard to beat. Pros: Location, location, location – Being able to walk to Disney Springs is incredibly convenient. Complimentary shuttle service to the Disney Parks is a huge plus. Friendly staff – Always courteous and helpful. Lakeview Restaurant offers a solid all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. Nice pool area with a poolside bar and restaurant for relaxing downtime. Cons: The elimination of valet service is disappointing, especially for a resort-level property. $30 per night for self-parking, in addition to daily resort fees, feels excessive and adds up quickly. Showers are quite small—could definitely use an update or redesign. While we still enjoy staying here, the added parking costs and removal of valet service have taken a bit of the shine off what used to be a more seamless experience. That said, it remains a convenient and enjoyable place to stay when visiting Disney Springs or the surrounding parks.

Cockroaches! Woke up to a giant cockroach in my room. Reported and they did very little to fix the issue. Sleep with the lights on and the AC low! Rude staff and broken bathrooms.

This was our first time staying at the Wyndham Disney Springs and we were so impressed with the hotel itself. It was clean, decorated beautifully, comfortable and spacious rooms...and the a/c in the rooms were INCREDIBLE given how hot Florida is. There is the hotel tower which you access inside where we stayed (The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort Disney Springs), and then there is another portion of the hotel that is the Wyndham Garden Lake which is attached with a more upscale motel feel where you access the rooms outside (similar to Disney value resorts). The staff was so friendly from the moment we checked in around 1:00am, the next morning greeted by the luggage staff, the supervisor ensuring we were enjoying our stay, everyone was so friendly and always had a smile. The grounds are very well kept. The pool and jacuzzi was large, felt private and not even close to being crowded. They provided towels. There is a 24 hour mini mart in the lobby which was a huge plus for us and the hours we are up when vacationing in Orlando. It's literally the closest hotel to Disney Springs. We walked there every day without any issues or concerns as we always felt safe. There is a free shuttle service that you can also reserve through an app to the parks (going and coming) which gives you a seat without worry of overflow. One call out is that it does stop at multiple hotels along the way where you have to wait for people to load or unload, so if you are on a time crunch please keep that in mind. Overall we cannot wait to return here for future trips. We had an amazing time! No regrets at all. So happy we took a chance with this resort.

Wonderful hotel, staff was extremely helpful from when we checked in until we left thank you Mildred who checked us in and recommend different places to try! The Bell staff also did a wonderful job! The room was more than we expected for our trip clean rooms everyday and A refresh on towels with out having to ask, we also had a spectacular view of Disney. We stopped by the cafe in the morning before heading out and the staff was so friendly and kind. The general manager Jay is amazing !

Yes. There is plenty of parking for guests. Parking is available for $30.00 daily plus taxes. Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.

Does the hotel provide theme park shuttles?

Yes. Shuttle service is available to all 4 Walt Disney World resort theme parks. Buses start running one hour before the parks open and run every 30 minutes up until 2 hours after the parks close. Continuous nightly shuttle transportation is provided to Disney Springs Resort Area® starting at 6 PM until 2 AM. Scheduled transportation is also provided to Disney’s® Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach water parks. Complimentary transportation is also provided to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. For more information, please see the front desk upon arrival.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of Sundial 24/7 for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or dine at Lakeview Restaurant. A Disney Character Breakfast occurs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. Plus, Eclipse Lounge and Oasis Bar & Grill are onsite for additional delicious dining opportunities.

What is the minimum age to check-in?

The reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age with a valid, matching, government-issued photo ID and credit card to check-in to Wyndham Lake Buena Vista.

Yes. A resort fee of $36.00 plus taxes ($40.50), per room per night is collected upon check-in (subject to change).
