Luxury at its finest! Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts boasts 400 acres of pure fun, only 6 miles from Walt Disney World Resort with complimentary scheduled transportation. From accommodations to amenities to services, Summer Bay Resort has it all! The resort features a 64-acre lake with watersports, fishing, boating, and sandcastle fun. A children's waterpark, 18-hole adventure golf, bocci ball, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes are also on site. Planned activities for children, teens, and adults are available 7 days a week. Take advantage of the game room, fitness room, tiki bar, business center, and on-site ticket sales.

Each condo unit in Summer Bay Orlando comes with a full kitchen with a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, sink, dishwasher and more. A washer/dryer combo is also available as well as a living area.

Important Information
    Please note that Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and other for other on-site experiences.
  • Fees: A Resort Fee of $30 plus tax per night, per room is due upon check in. Additionally, the resort requires a credit card at check-in for a $250 refundable deposit.
  • Check-in Location: 17805 US Highway 192 W, Clermont FL 34714. All Summer Bay Orlando guests must check-in at the resort's Club House which is approximately a one to two minutes' drive as you pass the security guard at the entrance.

Based on our stay, we really enjoyed staying at Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts. One of the resort’s strongest points is its excellent location. It's really convenient to reach the major attractions, with Walt Disney World just minutes away and easy access to Universal and other parks via nearby highways and resort shuttles. The property is also close to everyday essentials, with Aldi and Publix grocery stores just a short drive away (less that 5 mins), making it easy to stock up and take advantage of the condo‑style kitchens—we stayed in the same condo for 2 weeks, and it wasn't long enough. The only issues we had was a refrigerator that leaked water from the freezer to the shelves below in the refrigerator, not a total mess, but an aggravation. The hot tub was really nice in size and kept very clean, but we keep ours at 104 at home, Id guess this one was kept around 100. The in room stackable washer dryer though nice to have, but would take 3 cycles to get clothes dry, we had maintenance come up & vacuum out the lint, but still didn't get clothes dry on a single cycle. The back patio door would not latch unless you slammed it. Every home has it's issues & we would DEFINATELY stay here again, but the above reasons are the only reason why we didn't leave a 5 star review.

I live in Florida about 1 hour away and stay sometimes in Orlando for a week for Disney. I decided to try Summer Bay. Tamara helped with all my concerns and requests! She went above and beyond. When I got my parking pass they did not pressure my wife and I for a timeshare sales meeting. The resort is nice. Rooms are clean ( I own a cleaning buisness) and well stocked. Thanks!
