From accommodations to amenities to services, Summer Bay Resort has it all! The resort features a 64-acre lake with watersports, fishing, boating, and sandcastle fun. A children's waterpark, 18-hole adventure golf, bocci ball, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes are also on site. Planned activities for children, teens, and adults are available 7 days a week. Take advantage of the game room, fitness room, tiki bar, business center, and on-site ticket sales.

Each condo unit in Summer Bay Orlando comes with a full kitchen with a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, sink, dishwasher and more. A washer/dryer combo is also available as well as a living area.

Important Information
    Please note that Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and other for other on-site experiences.
  • Fees: A Resort Fee of $30 plus tax per night, per room is due upon check in. Additionally, the resort requires a credit card at check-in for a $250 refundable deposit.
  • Check-in Location: 17805 US Highway 192 W, Clermont FL 34714. All Summer Bay Orlando guests must check-in at the resort's Club House which is approximately a one to two minutes' drive as you pass the security guard at the entrance.

I found the resort to be very nice and clean. The staff friendly and check in and out very quick. I did find the side of the bath tub to be high if you have any disabilities it may be a bit difficult to get in but I didn't have issue just seemed higher than normal.

The place is very nice. The rooms are large and have a kitchen. The hot water works perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was that when I checked in and got to the room, the king-size bed had a rather large stain on the sheet. It looked like urine. That wasn't pleasant to see at all!

When I arrived at Summer Bay I arrived really late it was approximately 1AM. I was supposed to have an updated 2 bedroom villa that was handicapped accessible. My check in was nice and easy. Front desk receptionist was great he directed me to my room building 108 check in was smooth. When I got to the room oooohhhh the horrer! The first thing I noticed was the carpet. The carpet looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years so many stains. The air vents rusted! The master bathroom shower nasty and poor maintenance done along the sidings of the base boards of the showers. This room made me absolutely sick on the stomach. I went immediately back to front desk and demanded another room. I was told its late they were sold out and they would try and accommodate me later in the day. I went back and stayed in that rut of a room. Later that day they transferred me to a non handicapped room which was inconvenient because my sister has a wheelchair. This room was a little cleaner but not much of an upgrade from what I previously complained about! I was told SINCE I CAME IN ON A MARKETING PACKAGE ( I GOT A DISCOUNT ON THE ROOM IN EXCHANGE FOR DOING A TIME SHARE PRESENTATION). I have to take what's in inventory and the marketing packages do not get the better rooms. I then had to sit through a 90 minute presentation and they thought I was going to purchase!Absolutely Freaking Not. I recommend my dog to stay here for reference if they offer ANYONE BUILDING 100-108 RUN!!!!!!!!!!! DONT WALK RUN!!!!!! I WAS IN BUILDING 108 MY FIRST ROOM WAS 105 AND MY SECOND WAS 312 IN BUILDING 108.

We love this resort. It has a lot of areas whether you want to be quiet or be in a more active area. The shuttle will take you all over the resort, so if one pool is too loud, you can go to another.
