A children's waterpark, 18-hole adventure golf, bocci ball, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes are also on site. Planned activities for children, teens, and adults are available 7 days a week. Take advantage of the game room, fitness room, tiki bar, business center, and on-site ticket sales.

Each condo unit in Summer Bay Orlando comes with a full kitchen with a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, sink, dishwasher and more. A washer/dryer combo is also available as well as a living area.

    Please note that Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and other for other on-site experiences.
  • Fees: A Resort Fee of $30 plus tax per night, per room is due upon check in. Additionally, the resort requires a credit card at check-in for a $250 refundable deposit.

We really enjoyed this resort! We stayed in building 408 which wasn’t too far from the clubhouse. We really didn’t have any problems with our room! I will say that the walls are pretty thin so we could hear just about everything going on in all the rooms around us and our room was right by the elevator so we could hear it every time someone came up. Other than this, I was very pleased with our stay! Side note for those planning on going to Disney world while you are here…the traffic almost doubles your drive. The road that the resort is on is extremely busy so plan accordingly!

This is a very nice property but I do not like the cashless option. Staff seems to not be able to be found whatever he needs something. Even though I stay here every year I really wish they could clean up some of the houses that are getting in rough shape.

The overall experience is well worth the stay, but it is located on a busy road and behind consistent traffic to get to the Disney parks.
