Rooms are available in both Standard and Deluxe Tower styles and include free WiFi, mini-fridges, flat-screen TVs, and pet-friendly options.

Important Information
  • The hotel accepts and stores packages for guests prior to arrival and during their stay for a fee of $5.00 per package which will be applied to your bill. Packages will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the day they are delivered. Please do not plan to have your packages delivered more than 21 days in advance of your arrival at the hotel. To simplify the delivery of packages, the name of the addressee MUST match the name on the reservation. Packages without guest names will be returned after 14 days. Due to limited storage space and safety regulations, the Ramada Gateway Hotel cannot accept packages that are larger than 48 inches on any one side, weigh more than 100 pounds, or contain hazardous, flammable, or biological materials. Packages that exceed the limitations listed in the section above will be refused at delivery or returned to sender. The hotel is not responsible for those items or for any associated shipping/restocking costs.
  • Pet Policy:There's a $50 non-refundable pet deposit to be paid upon check-in, a two pet maximum and each pet cannot weigh more than 30 pounds, and pet-friendly rooms are only the 2 Queen Standard w/Exterior Corridors. The Tower Rooms are not pet-friendly.
  • Resort fee: $18.00 nightly resort fee, plus applicable taxes will be collected upon arrival.
  • Full American Buffet Breakfast is $15.95 per person, per day; children 12 and under $5.95 per person. Children under the age of 5 eat free, one adult, one child free. Tax and gratuity not included.
  • Shuttles to the theme parks are running again, including the Lake Buena Vista Outlets. Please note hours may change. Shuttle runs at certain times, please check with the front desk for times.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable beds, great parking. Close to all the parks, also close to Walmart and a variety of restaurants. The only issue we had was the shuttle to the parks had limited times so we just drove ourselves.

We had a room in the motel part of the property overlooking the parking lot. It was purchased as part of a package through Weekender Breaks mystery trip. We were skeptical about the accommodations; however, we can’t complain. The room is fine, clean, a bit updated. While the bathroom is dim, and the fridge and cabinet could be in better shape, the water was hot, the A/C works, and the grounds are lovely. The pool is heated and they have outdoor amenities such as mini golf, volleyball, fire pit, two pools, etc. The staff were all lovely. Be sure to try the pizza from the pub - it’s delicious! And Carlos is a friendly, welcoming bartender/server. There is a nearby steakhouse, Black Angus, that you can walk to. We very much enjoyed dinner there one night. There is a presence of security here and we didn’t feel unsafe at all, even with a room that opened to the back of the motel and a parking lot. The downsides: the WiFi doesn’t work, breakfast is meh - not worth the price. There is a Starbucks within walking distance that would be better. The room TV is very small and doesn’t have apps for Netflix, etc. and there is no guide for the channels they have through cable. The pub isn’t open during the day but you can get cold beer from the deli. Overall, this is a fair bargain for the price.
