This is our third time staying here. We love it. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The building in the back is quieter. The breakfast is great. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was there lighting in the sink/mirror area is not bright enough for applying makeup and fixing hair. But it’s nothing that would keep me from staying there again. I did like it that the shower and toilet were separate from the sink area. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Everytime we are in the area we check to see if they have availability. Staff is always very friendly. Rooms are updated and modern. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. GREAT LOCATION! Right in the middle of the parkway across from the island. We will continue to choose this hotel in the future.

Stayed 3 nights July 2025 Large room with 2 beds, comfortable, clean. Air con was perfect, already set when we walked in & didn't need to touch it, nice & quiet too. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny bathroom that probably wouldn't have been too bad except the toilet did not have a lid, so there was nowhere to sit or put anything whilst showering (in bath). Pool area (outdoors) was lovely, very pretty. Lots of beds, grab towels from indoor pool. Indoor pool looked nice, we didn't use it but there was normally always someone in. Hotel set over 2 separate buildings, you do have to cross a road to get to the outdoor pool but it wasn't an issue. Ideally situated for The Island, just a 5 min walk over the road. 10 min drive to Patriot Park (park for free & get the trolley bus to Dollywood $3 all day pass) Around 20 min drive to Gatlinberg. Hotel room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly and efficient staff and easy parking. Great place to stay in Pidgeon Forge! It was my friend's birthday and the woman managing the breakfast room was especially nice. She brought over a sweet roll with a lighted candle and led the guests in singing "Happy Birthday" - it made breakfast really special.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a Choice hotel. I will NEVER go back here again. Unclean room and owner was completely unprofessional. Do yourself and just stay somewhere else. Good luck.
