I’ll summarize: -Hour long check-in times -Placed in a room different than what we paid for -Moved to a different room (again, not what we needed) -Provided rollaways that we had to setup -Ants in the room! -Trash left in room; soap not refilled -Unfulfilled promises by management -They avoided calls and requests to speak until the day before checkout -They “offer” to cover the resort fees but blame third-party booking for not being able to refund more -Tried to upsell door dashers with timeshares

Stayed here for two days before a cruise. We were upgraded for free to a cottage upon arrival! Everything was clean and even smelled like a new house smell! The lobby, pool, everything was amazing!! So many pools, tons of food places and target within walking distance too! Did not visit their waterpark but drove by it and it looked okay! Small tho! Will 100% return here in the future

We had reservations. We were at the counter by 2:00pm. We were told no room so we would be upgraded and sent a text/call as soon as the room was ready. We waited until after 5:00pm. I went to the desk again. The employee acted as if he could find us in the system. After tension he left us to stand for ten minutes. I said give us another v available. Half hour later drummed up a room. At this point we were relieved. Our car sat all afternoon in the front of valet services full of luggage not knowing what to do yet. No instructions about activities, where things were at, and we did not get a complimentary margarita. As I stood in the lobby and check-in desk I noticed four other families in the same boat as us. At the pool later that day. We spoken to a woman with a daughter in a wheel chair. They too had same experience with checkin desk person walking off on them. Ridiculous service. Definitely a glitch in the check-in area. Beware!!! Beautiful place! Nice staff! I’ll go to another Margaritaville again but not Orlando’s!!
