Room was good, would have loved to have a microwave for the kids. Kitchen didn't have lasagna the whole 4 days we were there. Neither bartender could make a Tom Collins drink 🍸, or Whiskey Sour. Other than that it was ok. Will probably choose another resort next trip.

We celebrated at the hotel this past weekend my Mom's 80th Birthday and it was a total success! Aligning on a proposal and then planning the event with Shakeita and Luciana was excellent. They made the process friendly and stress-free with great communication. Making the room reservations with Pat was simple and she was always willing to help. Gaby, the supervisor at the Front Desk, was OUTSTANDING! She was able to accommodate our entire group on the same tower and was always professional and friendly. Maria, the housekeeping lady who cleaned the lobby area, was very pleasant. Always cheery and smiling and was sure to keep the lobby area very clean. Every time I walked by she was hard at work. And to top it all, Armando and his team were simply the absolute BEST! They were not only easy to work with but incredibly professional and great at the work they did. They did a wonderful job having the event room ready, they adapted to our schedule, very accommodating and always willing to help and making sure all guests were taken care of. Also, Viviana and Daniela at the Breakfast Buffett were great. Armando knows how to lead and motivate his team: The captains: Albert Arriaga and Ninoska Diaz The bartender: Jason Velasquez The team server: Blanca Pomales My mom had a wonderful time and we will all remember this day forever! Thanks for making my Mom's 80th Birthday celebration unique, special and the best!

We were very happy with the facility even though it is older and needs many repairs. There was one day that the cleaning people did not clean our room. I called the front desk and they sent them up to clean finally.

Perfect location for all Disney parks, close to food and the staff were very friendly especially with my daughter. Absolutely would book at this hotel again. Water pressure was fantastic but the water is either cold or super hot. Not an issue for me because I like my skin to burn in the shower.
