We’re Florida locals. We booked originally through resort pass to have a day room so we could relax and nap during the long park day. After our nap we decided to stay overnight instead of driving home. Lucia and Angelo were so helpful and far exceeded our expectations. We’ll def be back!

Clean friendly staff priced right and quiet. Checking in was a breeze. Close to the parks . Food in walking distance. Breakfast buffet offered ( at a price) it was good and smelled good as well. Checking out was also as easy.

Great hotel. When visiting Orlando I normally stay on Disney property as I find it safer and easier as a solo traveller however, I found a last minute deal so thought I would give it go. I can’t fault the hotel or staff. Everyone has been fantastic and nothing too much trouble. I have a king bed room which was large with a bath and shower. Room also had a fridge. Plenty of storage. Room was clean and housekeeping came every day. The location is great with a IHOP less than 5min walk away through the car park as well as some other eateries and a CVS. There is a free shuttle to the parks which is reliable but only does a couple of pick ups/drop offs each day. You also have to book it in advance. It serves several hotels in the area so be warned it can take a while to get back. The longest was 2 hours despite only being a few miles from the parks. I tended to use Uber/Lyft most of the time which ranged from $8-$15 depending on time of day. Hotel has a lovely pool which was never busy and has plenty of loungers and a pool bar with some good cocktail options and food. There is also a pizza place and a coffee shop in the main lobby with friendly staff who were also great. Special mention to Shaun who knew my order off by heart. If you have a late flight, you can pay for late check out which was very useful. Thank you for a great stay.
