Would highly recommend this hotel & their staff are so professional/friendly! Lourane (breakfast), the black wavy haired girl (reception) & ladies serving dinner at the bar were all exceptional - friendly, helpful & assets the hotel. Rooms were great for a family of 4, pool warm & location ideal near Disney springs & regular free shuttles to Disney parks. Would definitely return here again 🌟5 stars 🌟

My husband and I decided to get away to visit Orlando for my birthday weekend. When we checked in Shannon took such wonderful care of me. She surprised us with a bigger room and upon our return from shopping the outlets, I discovered a bottle of champagne and a small cheese and cracker tray! It was the most LOVELY birthday surprise I could have gotten! I turned 66 and am fighting cancer and have found its the little things in life that ....like these beautiful surprises ... make all the difference...
