After two weeks here thought I'd say what I thought of the place! Transport to the parks was fab, every time we went to a stop we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus except after magic kingdom fireworks which took 45 mins to get back to hotel but there were plenty of buses running just A LOT of people going back to the resort Rooms are clean enough - few hairs in the bath when first arrived and dusty shelves but nothing major. Items such as coffee, soap etc sometimes replaced sometimes not. Don't know if it's just our room but even though we turned Aircon off, it still constantly blew cold air into the room which some nights made it a bit too cold. When the neighbours flushed their toilet it could be heard in the room and upstairs stomping but can't be helped. Food court is ok for if you want something quick an easy, food isn't great and by the end of the two weeks you get really bored of it, also 3 times I ordered food and they got it wrong, might be my accent or the fact some nights it's extremely loud in there Pool is good, plenty of clean towels and sun loungers, lots of life guards, can get really busy though Disney shop is good, has the essentials in case you forgot anything and all of the usual Disney stuff. Overall I enjoyed my stay here but probably wouldn't stay again 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

"Dirty and extremely overpriced - Disney has lost its touch"

It’s criminal that Disney is charging this much for what is basically a Days Inn with Disney theme. The hotels are filthy since Disney outsourced their cleaning. We had our room inspected by request - there was blood and mucus on our door that had dried out. They agreed it was unacceptable and the floor in the room had clearly not been cleaned for months. Stay at any of the other Disney hotels that are not Disney themed - the ones in bonnet creek. Wouldn’t stay here again.

"Currently on property – soft mattress issue causing back pain, hoping for help"

My family and I are currently staying at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, and after over 20 years of visiting Walt Disney World and staying at nearly every Disney property, this has been one of the most uncomfortable experiences we’ve had. The mattresses in our room are extremely soft, and my older parents are now experiencing significant back pain. We reached out to Housekeeping and the Front Desk early in our stay to request a bed board (also called a dorm or bunkie board) to firm up the bed — something other Disney resorts have been able to provide in the past. At first, we were told none were available, but Housekeeping said they would look into it and call us back. It has now been over six hours with no follow-up or update, and we still have multiple nights left in our stay. It’s disappointing because we’ve always loved Disney’s commitment to guest comfort and care, and this situation has made it difficult for my parents to rest or enjoy their vacation. I truly hope management sees this and can help locate a bed board or find a solution during our stay. For guests with medical needs or back issues, having an option for a firmer mattress shouldn’t be this difficult to arrange. We’re longtime Disney guests and love this place, but this has been a frustrating experience that we hope can still be resolved before we check out.

"Housekeeping left my door open!"

So we were here from 16th September till 30th of September 2025. 10th trip to disney. Here for 2 weeks from the uk. Room should have been ready by 1500, was not ready till after 5. Rooms are decent, good sized. Good water pressure. Well appointed. We were in love bug 7 block. Room 6738. Housekeeping only clean your room and replace your towels every 2 days. On one occasion house keeping left our door open, not unlocked, actually open. We got back to the room at 1715 and the interior door latch had been used to wedge the door open I assume to allow then to move in and out cleaning etc and not swipe so often the lock as the doors should self close. We had days worth of shopping and our belongings on the table right by the door, fortunately nothing was taken. My wife was understandably upset . I called reception and they said a manager would call us back. 20 mins later the cleaners supervisor? Came to the room and apologised and said we have asked them not to do that with the door. So other than " if you find anything missing let security know' that was it. Very disapointed. Our room was never cleaned before 3pm , ever in 2 weeks. Pool area and public areas are good, place is kept spotless and staff are lovely. But the security, or lack of and worse didn't seem to be bothered and it had obviously happened before. Left a bit of a sour taste.

We have just stayed 10 nights all the All Star Movies Resort. The check in was easy on the app so no problems with that. We was in the Toy Story section which was cool, however in our room we had an adjoining door. The first 2 nights the people next door had alarms going off from 5am so we could hear them and they went on for a good hour. Then our new neighbours were smoking cannabis and the smell came through the door. After the first night of it i went to reception and they said they would speak to them and get it stopped or get them removed from the resort. I don't think they did anything as it carried on. We did get a air purifier delivered but this did nothing. On the 3rd complaint about the smell we finally got moved rooms. This room had no adjoining door but was slightly run down, holes in the floor and a lot of paint scuffs. You can't expect luxury at a value resort so overall it was a okay stay. We used the food court twice, this was very busy between 8-11 am and 6pm-11pm the food was okay and you can mobile order which is nice an easy. We didn't use the pool area as it was very busy. The buses come around every 15 mins, however they do get very full at park closing times. If i was to stay here again i would ask for a room with the adjoining door.
