Stayed for 3 nights in April with my daughter for an event at ESPN Disney Wide World of Sports. Due to flight delays, we Checked in late and was disappointed to find out that they were out of Two Queen rooms, and only had a 1 king room available due to being at capacity. They said they’d get a cot for my daughter, and that they’d get us into the room we had reserved the next day, which wasn’t ideal, but they made it right by comping a night, without me having to even fight for it or mention the Marriott Bonvoy Roomtype Guarantee available to Titanium members. Shout out to Yamaira and Ava at check in, and Gustavo the next day for taking care of us, storing our bags, and for having our room ready when we got back the next afternoon. The lobby area is spacious and large, and well appointed. The room itself is a decent size, but they have extremely small bathrooms. Despite other review I found it to be clean and comfortable, but if you’re looking for extravagant, look elsewhere. The pool area was great, and we spent a lot of time there. There are a colder large pool, and a larger warmer one. There were always clean towels available and the pool area was clean. The Starbucks in the lobby had a broken espresso machine (isn’t that the one thing they’re supposed to do) so that was annoying, but we spent our $25 resort credit on other things there. The delta pantry was available for titanium members, but it was honestly very lacking, and is an opportunity for them to increase their appeal. It only had cereals and coffee and apples most of the time, and honestly seemed like an afterthought. Little hiccup when I went to check out as I had a gift card I wanted to use. I was assured that anyone could do it, but as I suspected it was only a manager who could. After a few emails back and forth it was used and I was refunded the equivalent amount. Overall it was a very good stay, at a great price point, and I’d stay again.

A beautiful hotel . It is an older hotel but has been refurbished beautifully and you would think it’s new . Initially I had concerns about this and its location for my family, but none of this was a concern . Very comfortable beds, pillow request was gratefully received . Great buffet breakfast, Starbucks cafe, gym, pool area , beautiful gardens, volleyball court. It’s a Big hotel but I never felt really crowded. Walkable to some shops cafes and restaurants and the beautiful town centre

This is our second visit to this hotel and it has been great. The hotel is generally clean and welcoming. The pool area is great with a grotto style waterfall, 2 hot tubs and a warm pool aswell along with a pool bar Food and drink is good, expensive but with my previous reviews, this goes with the territory. There are places close by to eat which are cheap and cheerful like Applebees, five guys, chipotle and there are some more expensive restaurants like Charley’s and Kobe which are more expensive but all are walking distance. Back to the hotel… we stayed in 4607 and the room was clean, large enough, comfortable. We were overlooking the garden area and pond which was a little noisy at night but nothing too major. The last time we stayed we faced towards the outside of the hotel and it was very quiet. The staff have all been very nice and accommodating. A few things we noticed but DID NOT affect our experience and I’m only putting this because a few other people have mentioned but please do not be put off… Windows could do with a clean. There was only one lift working in our block and the cleaners seem to use these aswell as opposed to a service lift and in terms of any negatives - this was it… There is an on site Starbucks which is busy in the morning but a great nice coffee to start your day. They have shuttles to Disney and Universal but to be honest, if you are going to Disney, it’s only about 7-10 dollars in an uber or lyft Would we come again and why? Yes: Locality to many attractions is great Comfortable Generally clean Good pool area Good reception area Starbucks on site Enjoy your stay :)

Although their 1 pool was cold, we were glad that they had a warm pool, as well! Hot Tub was large & clean. Pool area had plenty of towels, & a water station at the outside bar. Hotel room was comfortable, & they do have suites. They have a Star Bucks, as well as another restaurant. Kid friendly place.
