Creekstone Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN

Great place to stay excellent breakfast beautiful view of river and ducks staff are very good and rooms are always clean

We paid in advance and reserved our room almost a year in advance. We traveled to Sevierville and got there a little early and they said our room wasn’t ready it would be at 4pm. 4pm came and then they had no vacancy so they moved us to another sister hotel on the other side of the creek. It was nothing like the room we reserved and we still had to pay the same price. It ruined our vacation that we waited a year to take.

Let me start by saying f location was ok. It was quiet and creek side balcony was best part, BUT Room did not look like photos. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close close. Paint was missing from trim, beds squeaked when you got up and down to go to bathroom. Carpet was dirty and damp entire stay. Ceiling had water marks from leak and was definitely 1980s looking. Breakfast- no danishes or pastries. Grits tasteless, eggs bland, biscuits hard. Gravy needed pepper badly. Pancakes were decent though except small and wait for machine was slow. Parking is rough. If you drive a small car like a fiat or VW bug it’s easy to park between columns but a full size truck or car won’t fit. Ducks and birds mark vehicle if you end up parking fin basement area at creek level. Food is not in same building as rooms. It’s a hike across and up the street to office building. Limited parking in their lot. Limited seating inside in fall and winter so be prepared. Early checkout at 10am and high fees to extend checkout past 10am or check in before 4 pm. Rooms no smoking but people smoked on walkway or balcony so smoke drifts down to up onto other balcony’s so if smoke bothers you be advised. By end of our three days we had a nice relaxing time but room did not reflect price paid. Won’t stay again bless nowhere else because other places priced same with cleaner nicer rooms. Just not that creek view. Oh, and view isn’t private, on other side of creek is a busy camp ground.

really enjoyed our stay perfect location for us, close enough to everything but away from all the hustle and bustle. Room was a great setup for us. The room was very clean, and well stocked. Sitting on the balcony at night was so enjoyable, the staff was very nice and helpfull. We can't wait to stay here again.

Our time at the end was very enjoyable. We were able to relax and enjoy the area. The end was clean and staff were friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
