Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista Orlando

The hotel is fine for the cost great location and transport to the parks, some decent bars and restaurants close by. Beware the insanely overpriced shop in reception, no prices on anything so as to trap you at at the till food and drinks literally more expensive than Disneyland. If you avoid this and pop to the 7 - 11 for anything you need in you're room it's a perfectly serviceable hotel .

Had a wonderful 8 night stay at the Rosen Inn LBV, the room was basic but clean, trash was emptied daily and towels replenished. Bed linen was changed twice during our stay. This is our second visit to the Rosen Inn and we will be returning in September for a 3 night stay. Would recommend the Rosen Inn its location is central, it has a decent buffet breakfast and dinner offerings. The pools are clean and towels are supplied. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

This was our third visit and it was a huge disappointment. Asked for quiet room, got put next to loading bay with lorries delivering from 2am. Air con unit was filthy and we both caught colds from the muck spilling out. Bedding wasn't changed once, we went to reception to complain and housekeeping lied that they had visited on the monday. Vent in the bathroom just recycled air from other rooms, so it stank of weed all night. We also complained twice about this. Bins weren't emptied. Just a dirty hotel. Breakfast was okay.

We stayed here during our trip to Florida in July 2025 and we will be coming back for sure. Room on the second floor, rooms are basic and pretty worn, but also the price was not too expensive. Nice and cold inside with the AC despite the crazy humid heat outside! Lots of noise from the highway outside but the AC covered most of the sound with its buzzing fan. Room gets 4/5 Nice and clean room, it got cleaned every day and our beds were made aswell as sheets changed. Bathroom was also very basic, worn but not too bad, toilet and shower was cleaned every day and we got new towels, toilet paper and soap aswell. Cleaning 4/5 Pool and outside areas were amazing! We liked the gated pool area alot, we didnt think we were gonna spend so much time there, but we did, absolutely amazing, fresh new towels for you to use every time you walked in. Nice patio outside of the main building with a nice view of a little lake with a fountain, banana plantation and also lots of wildlife, from there we managed to see all kinds of birds, squirells, otterd, tiny lizards and also a little racoon, it doesnt feel like youre in the middle of a big city really. Really amazing, coming from cold dark Scandinavia not being used to the "exotic" feel. 5/5 Staff was friendly and helpful, the shop has everything you need, its pretty expensive but everyones friendly and helpful and its got a very relaxed feeling The shop offers lunch for like 10$ wich was actually really good. 5/5 We never tried the bbq restaurant but we loved the breakfast buffet! Solid 5/5 The shuttle bus to the parks was a really bumpy ride, being from europe and used to high-end modern buses, this was like an airplane during rough turbulence, we had to hold on to not fly off our seats, and the bus schedule wasnt updated on the sheet we found in our room so we missed the bus once, but other than that, it worked fine, seat belts or calmer drivers wouldnt hurt though. 2/5 Overall i want to say 5/5, we loved this place and it felt like home after a while, we miss it all and cant wait to come back some day!! Special thanks to the people working day and night in the shop, and the ladies working as staff during breakfast, always friendly!

What touched me further was how Jill seamlessly connected her faith to her pride in the company she works for. She spoke about the history of Rosen Inn and Resorts and their core values—how they don’t just talk about integrity and care, but live it out. According to Jill, the leadership of Rosen genuinely prioritizes both their staff and guests over profit, refusing to gouge customers with unnecessary charges. That kind of humility and ethics in business is not just refreshing—it's rare. "Quality over quantity" is more than just a motto here. It's a lived-out truth, visible from the top down, and Jill is a perfect example of that. In an age where excellence is often replaced by efficiency and authenticity gets buried under sales pitches, it was a blessing to meet someone who is not only professional and kind—but truly an ambassador of grace. Jill Osbourne is a treasure to the Rosen team. She made my visit memorable in all the best ways, and for that, I am sincerely grateful.
