I was a solo female traveler to Orlando, and I chose this hotel because I lived in Orlando for over a decade and knew Mr Rosen’s reputation. The hotel is super close to Disney, great dining, and other Orlando attractions. It’s convenient and easily accessible. The price for a budget traveler can’t be beat for a clean, safe place to stay. Nice pool and outside seating area. Close proximity to dining, bakeries, massages, shopping, and of course Disney. It’s not the Swan or Dolphin, but that’s not what you expect - or pay for. I enjoyed my stay and the flexibility it gave me to visit places I’ve missed over the years. It’s easy on a family’s budget and offers shuttle services to attractions and shopping. Mr Rosen has a legit lifetime reputation for supporting an entire under-served community, and I have much respect for him and support his efforts. I plan to stay again soon.

So this is my go to hotel one of them now upon check in i was told they are now charging for parking lovely..... like come on man yes 10$ a day but still all sudden now all rosens are charging for parking ? I mean you sell out nearly weekly to weekend yet u still need money god ! Anyway the dude was nice n told me they will cover since I didnt know because this hotel has no fees now irs starting to idk why? Anyway stayed in building 1 good times as always clean Grounds and hallways clean room ! On 5th floor ! Highway side a bit noisy im kinda shocked usually sound is proof at times but man it came right through ! Shower great!!!! Beds comfy pillows a bit harder then normal it was good just not happy with fees all sudden ! Also please upgrade to smart tvs bring the hotel up in to the future

We have been staying here for probably 15years, always been positive, but sadly not on this visit. Check in was efficient and friendly, but when we arrived at our room, one of the shutter doors that separate the bedroom section from bathroom section was broken and hanging down. I reported to reception, first attempt did nothing and the door still hung on the floor, second attempt it was fixed. But why was a room let in this state?! Other issues, the sink plug did not work so sink didnt hold water and toilet door needed to be shoulder hit to shut. This was in one of the 2 non refurbed blocks. From November last year, house keeping has changed, for 7 days we had our room made up twice, I image this is a cost thing, but is really not a good change. Towels are changed and bins emptied daily. The grounds are lovely and landscaped beautifully, the main pool was lovely, not heated for evening swims. We ate for breakfast at the buffet, food was adequate. The traffic in the area is a real issue, just getting out of palm parkway is a chore and the freeway is also jammed whatever time of the day. The hotel markets itself as home away from home, the grounds are lovely and security staff deserve a special mention, always friendly and make the hotel feel very safe. Sadly, room standards and general service has fallen this year. a real shame.

If I can give this hotel zero stars I would. The rooms are aged. The carpets are stained. It is loud no matter what room you are in. Kids running down the catwalk, screaming. There was a dog in the next room, yes they allow dogs but this one would not stop barking. The lobby has a store, it looked like a bizarre, just tacky. The base of the hotel room door had a 1 inch opening, just was concerned what might join us. The staff is OK, nothing personable. The location is ok but the traffic light by 535, you can sit there for 20-25 minutes so your convenient location is not so convenient. Lastly, the pool is an area they highlight, it is generic, my kids were expecting something different from the pictures. They leave you little hotel soaps, shampoos, etc…. Nice gesture but everything is mixed brands, like it is all leftovers, just appears cheap. When you pay $75 for a room, expect exactly what you pay for.

Rosen Inn At Lake Buena Vista is absolutely the most worry-free hotel in the world. Well, MY world anyways. The ease of making a reservation by simply calling them direct is incomparable. Being centrally located to everything makes visiting everywhere a breeze. From pristine landscaping to crystal clear pool water to multiple waterfountains that allow rainbows to hover in sunlight, all worries tend to fade into the abyss when you choose to relax at Rosen Inn At Lake Buena Vista.
