We stayed at this hotel for the last 3 days. Michelle welcomed us and was very nice. We went to our room and were very disappointed. Upon entering the room we noticed that there was no place to hang our clothes or hangers. When we looked into the bathroom we noticed that there was a hook on the door that was pulling away from the door and was almost falling off. The shower curtain rod had been pulled away from the wall above the shower, reattached but was coming off again. After a day we noticed there was only 1 replacement roll of toilet paper so we asked if we could have another and was told it would be brought by our room with additional towels that we requested. Neither The towels nor TP came so the next day we requested them again and were told both would be brought by later. We went to front desk later and were given towels but no TP. On our 3rd day we again stopped at front desk and requested TP which was dangerously low and were told housekeeping was on its way. Never came. We checked out the following morning having had to use Kleenex for TP and was going to register a complaint but no one ever came to the desk. Will never stay here again. I suspect ownership is filing for bankruptcy because the personnel is not equipped to manage the facility as is.

This is the best place to stay. We had our Navy reunion a couple years.The owner was so helpful and accommodating. Which was a big help for the Navy reunion was alot of work. He did so much from sitting up shows to busing people in from springfield airport to finding a DJ to providing the dinner for the formal dance. Our rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The whole hotel was very clean. I would give this motel 5 stars.

Another great stay at the clarion hotel in Branson, mo. We stay at the Clarion Inn Branson at least three or four times a year. We love sitting on the balcony after a day of shopping and shows. Our last visit was in October, 2025. We are planning to be there in Dec. 2025. The hotel is always clean. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure working with Kathy. Charles Kirch, Choice priveleges platinum member.

Hotel had a great location about in the middle of the strip, was decent for its age & nothing fancy but we don’t need fancy. Our bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the in room jacuzzi was great, the bathroom was a decent size. Indoor hot tub was just warm & they said they have been having issues with it. The pool was freezing but we didn’t need it. It was odd there was no furniture to sit on in the room besides the bed but our fault for not asking for something. Free breakfast was basic with cold cereal, oatmeal packets, breads, waffle & pancake maker. Hot breakfast buffet in the bar was real good. Fruit, muffins, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, egg bake, hash browns, bacon & sausage. We would stay here again.
