I have been to Florida multiple times and this is the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. It is very beautiful. The layout of the rooms were set up nicely. I would recommend this resort to anyone and will most definitely go back again and the staff is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable.

"Great location but not great units"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed March 02, 2026 NEW
During our stay, the HVAC system was centrally controlled for the entire building, meaning it was set to either heat or air conditioning for all units. Because of a few cold days, management switched the system to heat. Unfortunately, the heat in our unit would not shut off, and we woke up multiple nights to the room temperature reaching 80°F. This occurred for three nights and made sleeping very uncomfortable. Additionally, several cabinet drawers in both the kitchen and bathroom were broken. They did not slide properly and had to be lifted in order to open the cabinet doors below them, which was inconvenient and frustrating. The master bedroom did not have a king bed, which was disappointing. The master bathroom was also extremely small — you had to squeeze between the toilet and tub just to open or close the door. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.

"Great Stay – Clean, Quiet & Perfect Location"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed February 27, 2026 NEW
We had a great stay at Blue Tree Resort in Lake Buena Vista. The property was very clean, quiet, and clearly well taken care of. Everything felt maintained and organized, which made it easy to relax. The WiFi connectivity was strong and reliable — I was able to get remote work done without any issues, which was a big plus. The location is excellent. It’s very close to Disney parks and also convenient to grocery stores and other shopping, making it easy to grab anything you need during your stay. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

Everything is from 1980. Bed, carpet, furniture…. Old rundown and gross. Capet smells like vomit. Lock installed backward so have no security in room. Bugs on kitchen sink. Worst bed I ever slept in.
