The hotel features an outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs, ideal for unwinding after a day at the parks. Fitness-minded travelers will appreciate the on-site gym and basketball court. For dining, Sharky & Jack’s Bar & Grill serves up casual American fare, while Shade’s Deli offers grab-and-go snacks and Starbucks® coffee.

Each guest room includes thoughtful amenities like a flat-screen TV with HBO®, a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and free WiFi. Family rooms are available, and parking is complimentary. This hotel offers easy access to Universal Orlando Resort™, International Drive, and the Orange County Convention Center.

Free scheduled transportation to Universal Studios, and SeaWorld are offered. The shuttle to Disney's Epcot transportation hub is $5.00 per person. All shuttles need to be reserved online at least 24 hours in advance.

This is my go to hotel when I stay in Orlando and not on Disney property. The lake view room is my favorite and stunning. The rooms are always clean, parking is easy, close to Universal parks, the onsite deli has a wide variety of items and they also offer a breakfast you can purchase. I feel that the value for this resort is amazing. Luciana has checked me in the past three stays and she always greets me with a warm smile and friendly manner. She has gone above and beyond to make sure each trip is nothing less than excellent.

Service: 5, I had booked 2 rooms adjoining for our family. Upon arrival after 4pm they did not have adjoining rooms ready yet, so one room was upgraded to a King from 2 dbl. Ivo took good care to make sure we knew all we needed to about the facility’s amenities. Facility: Rooms: Bare bones necessities in the room; shampoo/body wash combo & conditioner, 1 make up wipe and a tiny hand soap bar. Prepackaged coffee type maker, not Kuerig. Small fridge & microwave. Giant TV. AC was incredibly loud, but it drowned out the fireworks noise from the theme parks. Walls were somewhat thin; we could hear the dog next door bark and our grand-baby cry. Floors are 100% vinyl as they accommodate animals. Pool was lovely; towels available and 2 hot tubs at different temps 100° & 104°. They even have a separate sunbathing area called their ‘parent refuge’. Gym: didn’t try Deli: has made to order coffees as well as drip, lots of pre made sandwiches and made to order food as well. Charcuterie, alcohol and pre-packed fruit, ice creams, as well as fresh scoop ice cream. Restaurant on premise: didn’t try. Restaurants near by: 5⭐️ to BJ’s Brewhouse; Monday night 1/2 off large pizzas!

The room was very nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable and the comforter was very good and warm. And hospitality was amazing. Also the gentlemen named OJAVIO in restaurant for breakfast buffet he is amazing and so friendly and kind and always has a smile. I love this hotel the location is perfect. Definitely recommend this Best Western Gateway hotel.
