"Unclear Bathroom"

Check in was easy and quick. My hotel room looked clean at first but when I entered the bathroom the floor had dry coffee stains and there was a used facecloth hanging over the tub. The rest of the room appeared to have been cleaned but not sure. I notified the manager on duty and was given a $28 dollar discount on my first night stay. I was there for only two nights and I spent most of my time out of the room so I just let things slide. That’s so unlike me but it was Thanksgiving I just wanted to leave on Friday.

Comfortable, spacious room. Super-comfy queen beds. Very clean and decorative. Excellent quality of food in dining room. Monica was a very friendly and attentive server in the restaurant. Will definitely book again. Discount vouchers for breakfast were very much appreciated.

"CarolD&D is amazing "

The room was older but comfortable. The bar was great, and Carol D&D was an absolute riot and very attentive. She could tell you a tale like the best fantasy barkeepers out there. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, were disorganized and unprofessional. They don't have a buffet or anything but a small restaurant, which was not worth it. I won't go into all the details, but the staff were in need of help and management; also the portions were small and the food overall subpar. Don't go for breakfast, but come back for the bar!

Perfect location for museums. Beds were comfortable, liked having a fridge and microwave in room. Check out the lobby for maps and discounts to local places. $10 off $50 spend in Hard Rock. Also 10% of Big Brother cheesesteak. Front of hotel was noisy from the fire station across the road. Hotel looks lovely, but the rooms really do need renovating.

Great hotel. All staff were so helpful - front desk, concierge and housekeeping. Ideally located for key historic sights (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, museums) and close to transport links (buses and metro on Market Street). Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We were on the 5th floor near the end of a corridor but could not hear people walking outside or in adjoining rooms
