I recently stayed at Avanti International Resort by Wyndham Orlando, and while a few things didn’t go perfectly at the start, what truly stood out was how the hotel handled the situation. Romel, the Director of the hotel, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, even providing his personal number for any issues or queries. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really made a difference and turned my experience around. The hotel itself has a lot to offer — the room was clean, with fresh towels provided daily, which I really appreciated. There is also free parking, which is a big plus, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. A special mention to the café as well — it was excellent and definitely worth visiting during your stay. Overall, even though there were a few initial hiccups, the way the team, especially Romel, handled everything speaks volumes. Great customer service can truly make or break a stay, and in this case, it made it.

Wow my experience so far has been amazing. Romel the director has giving me and my family one of the best experiences I could have asked for . This is my family first time traveling to Disney we thought it was going to be a hassle with having 2 kids and bags but as soon as romel saw me n my family he help us right away. No waiting in the lobby , fast check in and made me and my children feel really comfortable I would recommend n I would recommend Romel to all
