The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort is beautiful and very relaxing. Our lake-view room was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed lunch at Back Bay Pool, Bar & Grill, where our server Carmelo was attentive, easygoing, and gave great recommendations — the grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and Greek salad were all excellent. We also had a couples massage at Blue Harmony Spa, which was incredibly relaxing, and the champagne at the end was a nice added touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Beautiful clean hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Worth the upgrade to the Lake View. Room for improvement would be to provide lotion in the bathroom and thicker comforter for the bed. Comforter was thin as a sheet and no extra blanket in the closet. Fantastic resort near Disney, would stay again for sure.

Yes. The restaurants are very close to the hotel. Looking forward to coming here again. This hotel is very close to Disney and Sea World. Artificial lake on the property creates a wonderful ambience of quiet and calm.

Average resort at best with better options in the area. We stayed for two nights to visit Disney before a cruise. Our room was fine - a bit dated but clean. The bathroom/sink area did not have a door (only the toilet/shower area had a door) so very limited privacy and hard not to wake everyone up when getting ready in the morning. The queen beds were not queen - just double beds. The pool area looks beautiful but had two major issues. The first was no towels available both times went. The towels were empty and we didn’t see anyone replenishing them. The second issue was no sun in the afternoon - poor planning when they built the resort! We didn’t want to sit in the shade without towels so didn’t end up using the pool much unfortunately. The gym was extremely dated with a lot of equipment issues. The two treadmills were not working. The one bike I used was not working properly. The weight selection was very limited with very few lighter weights (20 lbs or less) so created a lot of waiting. There were 3 mats available and all were in use. Lots of room for improvement! Definitely better choices in this area.
