Important Information

Pet Policy: One pet (up to 50 lbs) allowed for an additional fee of $75 for stays of 1 to 6 nights, and $150 for stays of 7 to 14 nights. There is a 14-night limit for guests with pets. All rooms are pet-friendly. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room. ADA-defined service animals are welcome at no extra cost.
Parking: Self-parking and valet parking are available. Self-parking is $34 per day plus applicable tax, valet parking is $40 per day plus applicable tax. Fees are will be collected at time of arrival.
Resort Fee: $40 per day per room; collected upon arrival.

We had a wonderful experience at Back Bay! Shane did an outstanding job taking care of us ,he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. When my husband accidentally spilled his root beer, the staff immediately stepped in to help and handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. The service truly went above and beyond, and it made our evening so enjoyable. Highly recommend both the restaurant and the amazing team that works there!
