  • Pet Policy: One pet (up to 50 lbs) allowed for an additional fee of $75 for stays of 1 to 6 nights, and $150 for stays of 7 to 14 nights. There is a 14-night limit for guests with pets. All rooms are pet-friendly. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room. ADA-defined service animals are welcome at no extra cost.
  • Parking: Self-parking and valet parking are available. Self-parking is $34 per day plus applicable tax, valet parking is $40 per day plus applicable tax. Fees are will be collected at time of arrival.

"Beware tea drinkers - anti kettle zone"

No kettles available — even on request I want to share this very clearly for future guests, especially tea drinkers: this resort does not provide electric kettles, and they are not available on request. I specifically asked the front desk/housekeeping during my stay and was told that kettles are not offered at all. Rooms only have a standard coffee machine, which is not a substitute if you want properly boiled water for tea. This may seem like a small detail, but for international travelers or anyone who regularly drinks tea, it’s worth knowing in advance so you can plan accordingly. I didn’t and ended up jamming a couple of tea bags into the Keurig - not the best cuppa! Other than that the hotel was good - high praise for the quality of the heating / cooling in the room - helped me to get a good nights sleep

I stayed at the hotel this week for business meetings and interacted with many team members who took care of us. In the breakfast area thank you to: -Richard, Sandy, and Claudia really took care of us. For our meeting space, Alison and Jairo definitely looked out for us and were incredibly responsive. Richard and Sandy in the dining area were very kind and welcoming to our family during our long weekend stay. They made the dining experience very light and relaxed while traveling with three kids. Traveling can be very chaotic and you worry about the mess you leave behind, but with them, they were frequently anticipating our needs by bringing things to our table (without us asking) with a smile and treating us like family. These two (and their team) were exceptional.
