Dirty trash was never emptied from bathroom from previous guests. Wi-Fi sucks television pixels messed up. The grounds are VERY dirty no airport shuttle some parts of some buildings crumbling

I checked into this hotel today, and I have to give a special shout-out to Frank at the front desk. He is truly one of the kindest and most helpful staff members I’ve ever met! There was a small hiccup during check-in because my reservation was duplicated, but Frank was incredibly patient and sorted it out for me quickly. After that, whenever I had questions during my stay—whether about directions or recommendations—he was always there to help with a genuine smile. Frank is such a kind and friendly person. He really made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Staff like him are such an asset to the hotel! I’ll definitely stay here again next time, and I hope to see him then. Highly recommended!
