"Icon Park Fun!"
September 2019
The Icon Park is filled with fun activities. The tickets we purchased through Tripster were affordable, but keep in mind you’ll need to show ID of the person who purchased the tickets. At first the attendees weren’t familiar with the company, and asked for ID. Luckily I was able to text my son a picture ID and they accepted it.

"I found our place in orlando"
November 2018
I'm terrified of ferris wheels, guys! But let me tell you...the ICON is the most pleasant, most beautiful experience that happened during my orlando trip! At the very top, not only was the view spectacular, but I got engaged last week on the icon. The ICON will forever be our place now and for that I'm so grateful. Totally recommend.

The good parts...The Wheel has cool lights and is very big and tall. The employees were are very nice and helpful. Everything was very sanitized and clean. The view from the top is nice for photo taking opportunities. The bad parts...My wife and I were not very impressed with the attraction itself once we were on the ride. Here's why...the recording of a lady's voice blares loudly through the speaker coming from the roof, making it loud and distracting for any communication with someone who is right next to you. There is also loud music playing, taking away the opportunity for what could have been a peaceful, relaxing experience. The ride supposidly lasts for 22 minutes. We didn't time it, but it sure seemed like it lasted closer to 10-15 minutes. We didn't feel like the quality of the experience matched up with the price they charge for a very short ride. It just wasn't nearly as good as we expected. It was simply...just okay.

"Romantic start to our 4 year Wedding Anniversary"

My husband and I decided to visit Icon Park to kickoff our 4 year wedding anniversary. We decided to spend the first half of the day at Icon Park. We rode The Wheel first. It was mid day, and not crowded at all. Our advance purchased tickets were scanned, bags checked by security, walked through metal detector, and we were on our way. Once we reached the platform where people wait on pods, there’s a mini bar. We skipped the mini bar because we had just eaten lunch. There was no wait in line, which was awesome. Thanks to covid-19, we got a pod all to ourselves. The view of Orlando was nice and scenic.

We went in the cool of the evening, just after sunset. Watching the city light up from 0 to 400 meters back to 0, was a nice experience. Also, we got the memorabilia photos and souvenirs in the gift shop. It was that good.

For me, this is a MUST do when visiting Orlando. Although I wouldn’t say this isn’t for the faint of heart, but if you’re afraid of heights, you may want to think about it. We visited on a Saturday night, right before sunset, and it wasn’t too long of a wait. Adult beverages are sold while you wait in line, prices around $9. There were five of us in the capsule with lots of room to spare and walk around in. The view is great and the ride itself is about 22 minutes long. I would return and recommend this activity.
