Just a two-minute walk from Waikiki Beach and Kuhio Beach Park, Waikiki Resort Hotel has an outdoor pool and terrace. Each room and suite includes a private balcony with ocean, mountain, or city views. A flat-screen cable TV, a work desk with an ergonomic chair, and tropical decor are featured in each room. A small refrigerator and coffee-making facilities are also included for convenience.

The Ilima Cafe, on-site, serves an American-style menu, featuring a breakfast buffet and sandwiches, ramen, and local specialties for lunch.

A 24-hour reception, concierge desk, and gift shop are available in the Waikiki Hotel Resort lobby. A 24-hour business center features internet access and multilingual computers (English, Japanese, and Korean). An on-site spa offers massage and beauty treatments.

I have just come back from a 10 night stay in Waikiki and couldn’t have been happier with my accommodation. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and were greeted with chocolates and a card. The view from our corner room on the 18th floor was spectacular and we spent many mornings drinking coffee and evenings enjoying the sunset. Thank you to this whole team for their sense of Aloha and especially to Connor and Brandon on the front desk, Mercy the housekeeper who kept our room spotless and the team on the second floor breakfast room for their friendly good mornings and service. The hotel is a two minute walk to the Kuhio pools, my favourite spot to swim and a few blocks walk to restaurants and shopping. This is my 10th visit to Waikiki and my second stay at this hotel. You cannot find better value in terms of proximity and cleanliness. I will be back and will recommend to my friends and family.

Great location, very clean, and all the basics provided! Wifi was a little spotty, but I believe it was out of the hotel's control for the most part. We favoured the beach over the pool, which tended to be in the shade as it faced North, and could use a facelift. Overall, great stay for a comfy, clean medium-value option! Ideal for couples or families who would rather spend a few extra bucks on their experiences outside the hotel but have a quiet place to return to. Breakfast buffet (small add-on $, we paid something like $7 CAD per person per day) was in a windowless conference room on the 2nd floor, BUT had fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, a rotating meat option, rotating potatoes/rice, fresh coffee and juice every morning! Staff were very friendly! Excellent value to save yourself probably $20-25 USD each morning on breakfast/brunch. Would recommend. There is also a dedicated brunch restaurant attached to the lobby that seemed nice, where plates averaged $20 USD per meal.

If the pool was heated and the room updated a little this would have been even more outstanding. A king bed vs 2 doubles, and a renovated toilet and tub was our only noticeable negative. The hotel was clean and classy looking, and the employees were very accommodating. I missed the lei making class, but the Hula and ukulele classes were such fun! I would stay here again for sure. This was a great trip.

We paid a $570.00 CAD "Resort Fee" for the week but we both had to pay for Data as the WiFi never worked the whole time. We contacted the front desk and they reset the router and it only worked for a few hours. We were not able to use the Pool the entire time as it was freezing cold and in the shade all day long. When we arrived the Body Lotion/Shower Gel were empty and never refilled. We were told Breakfast was included but did not get this. It was my Aunts Birthday and this was very disappointing. Upon check out when we explained about our experience we were told that a few of the Resort Fees would be Credited but they never were

We had an amazing time at the Waikiki resort. We had no idea that they had free Pilates and yoga classes on the beach. The instructors Warm and Julia were so knowledgeable and the classes were relaxing and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was tasty and varied. We had a great time!
