What is the premium attraction offer?
If you purchase a 3, 5, or 7-Day pass, you get admission to one premium bonus attraction on one of the days your pass is valid. You don't need to choose now, but these are popular attractions, so please make your reservation as soon as you can after the E-ticket is redeemed. The premium option is not included on 1 and 2-day cards.
Is my pass valid all day?
You can enter attractions until 5:30 pm with the Go Oahu Pass.
What else does the pass include?
You'll get a guidebook with detailed attraction descriptions, hours of operation, and a map to help plan your itinerary.
How do I activate my pass?
With an All-Inclusive Pass, it will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass.
Non-activated passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Does the Go Oahu Pass expire?
Yes, once you activate the pass, you will have 14 days to use your admissions. All unused passes expire at the end of the year it was purchased in.
How many attractions can I visit in one day?
On a Go Oahu pass, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
What is the age cut-off for a child pass?
Child passes are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.
What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is canceled due to weather or other problem?
While they do their best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Go Oahu Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from.
Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?
Some attractions will require a reservation, which will display on the guidebook page. Many require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.
Can I visit an attraction more than once?
In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook for specific information on each attraction.
