Could be a really cool spot! Missed the mark in a lot of areas. Not the cleanest, no microwave, nespresso machine but nothing to stir with, requested high floor but were given 1st floor, VERY long walk to downtown (25 minutes) - it was hot the day we walked it as well. We had free breakfast but it was only for 2 (there were 4 of us) and charged for coffee. Room was very quiet and pool was nice. A few details and they could make it much, much nicer!

Passing through St Augustine and my hotel pic was Voco for its Boutique hotel vibe. We had a wonderful stay! The owners and staff were awesome. Clean and comfortable room. Perfect location, walking distance to downtown St Augustine and 2 miles from St Augustine Beach. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Best IHG Platinum Member reception since Barcelona, usually we have a choice of bottled water or points. Here we were offered a decent glass of wine, so European. This is such a cute well kept boutique hotel with wonderful employees. The beds were so comfortable that we hated to get out of them and what a lovely quiet night we had! Unfortunately the cook was ill and we did not get to sample the breakfast. We did enjoy our in room nepresso machine and coffee. Just a suggestion for the hotel, lean into the European vibe and provide a couple of biscuits (cookies) to go with the coffee. We would definitely return to this hotel!

Worst “premium” hotel experience…this is a premium hotel wanna-be with only the looks and doesn’t have the hospitality services to follow. We are a family of four with young kids. We checked in around 5:30 pm and was given the room right next to the lobby. Asked for a quieter room and was told it wasn’t possible as it was fully booked because of the holiday weekend - understandable. So much noise from the lobby, the staff office next door and the guest rooms above and next door. These walls are so slim, you can hear everything. The TV didn’t have connection so was not able to watch TV. Maintenance wasn’t able to fix. That’s fine. At least say you’re sorry about the inconvenience. Nothing. How is this an upscale premium brand experience? It’s worst than the Holiday Inn brand in my view - at least you get the free breakfast. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all and has given the Voco brand a bad impression in my mind.

The hotel was across the bridge from the Historic area about 1 mile away. They did not have a shuttle but Mark the front desk clerk did provide a shuttle service that was cheap and the driver was wonderful. Parking was easy and plentiful. Overall property was in pretty good condition. Our room #127 needed work. Paint bubbles up and pealing off the bathroom wall and there were ants in the bathroom. Free coffee was provided in the morning in the lobby and they also offers a reasonable priced limited breakfast menu. Staff was very friendly and efficient at check in.
