Avoid at all means. Horrible customer service. I have spent HOURS on the phone attempting to be refunded a booking that I made in Brunswick Georgia by mistake, human error, I get that. I booked a vacation July 10-12 for my family, however I booked in Brunswick Georgia, not my intended location. I needed Brunswick Maine. I saw the mistake immediately after and try tried to cancel. I have since called 10 times and spent hours on the phone on hold, or hung up on. Only time I got through was to speak to the front desk, and told the manager would be in at 9:00 the next day. I'm single mom trying to do a mini vacation for my kids, and Tru refuses to try to help my resolve. The booking is for 7/10-7/12, leaving plenty of time to rebook the intended room. The worst customer service ever. No respect or be treated with respect and understanding.

Extravagant, the room was immaculate and rather luxurious, me and my wife felt as though we were in an island hotel. We will definitely be back, woohoo.

"Disappointed in a few things"

The hotel was nice and people friendly, but the shower soap dispenser was completely empty, the TV remote didn’t work, and the dog waste bucket was overflowing. We had been in the car all day and were exhausted, so whine these things may seem minor, they made for a poor experience for us.
