This trip and location was amazing. Plenty activities for all ages. Excellent service from entering the resort and check out.

i dont have any complains about welk resort this is our second year going here and this year we did expierance alot of mistakes but nothing that wasnt taken care of right away and i appreciate that ...we live in imperial valley so for short breaks welk resort san diego is a great place to hang out and relax for a week!!

We were very happy with our Villa it had everything we could possibly need for a vacation. The kids enjoyed swimming! One of our favorite vacations yet!

People are nice and helpful and the place is really really nice so relaxing

My family enjoyed our stay. We have a big family so this was a perfect place that was able to accommodate us.

We go ever year to San Diego and have an awesome family vacation. We stayed at legoland resort 3 times, stayed at holiday inn, and stayed other hotels at the hotel circle in San Diego and have had the best housekeeping and room service and there was always something beside the pool for the kids to do. So we thought since we always spend over 3k to try something different and stay at the welks resort since they photos showed all kind of things for families with kids to participate in. We had the worst time at the Welks Redort, will never go back and will never recommend it to anyone. First I’m handicap and the parking was awful, 8 villas and only about 12 parking spaces where in front of our villas and 90% of the times if we got there after 2pm we had to park far away from our Villa and park in the parking of another Villa’s court and walk with all 3 girls ages 8 and under, second no room service and no housekeeping, after paying over 3k we had to take our trash out ourselves and change our own bedsheets (it wasn’t a vacation it was like just being home) Third no good deliveries were allowed other then Pizza Hut , so your force to eat pizza or drive over 30 to 45 minutes to buy something to take back to your Villa and fight for parking so then you can sit and eat and relax, sorry but this place is for (hate to say it) old retired folks without kids that just
Want to stay in their villas and drink all day and night like both our neighbors. Our kids were so bored they couldn’t wait to go home and asked if next year we please not come back and stay at Legoland. You should have assigned parking, room service and housekeeping for everyone not only if you stay 5 nights (we stayed 4 nights) and you be allowed to have food delivered to your room and have activities for the kids. You are not cheap so why act like a cheap hotel and not make it easy for your guest to enjoy their stay.
