From the valet and bellman to the front desk and housekeeping....perfect. Staff was great through our 4 day stay. Hotel was spectacular and super clean. Restaurant and bar was awesome, location was awesome. Would recommend to all.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Roosevelt. We upgraded to a suite and enjoyed having the extra space. Housekeeping cleaning service twice a day which was great! This is a service you don’t see too often. Everyone was amazing..before arrival we received an email from Crystal (personal concierge) who made our stay memorable. The doormen were very welcoming with warm hospitality. You must try the Sazerac drink while there! The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, museums, French market and so much more. My family and I are looking forward to our next stay at the Roosevelt!

I chose this Hilton property because I’ve had very good experiences with the brand before, which made this stay especially disappointing. To be clear, I was not upset about not receiving a complimentary suite upgrade. I understand upgrades are not guaranteed. The issue was the communication. Over multiple conversations, staff encouraged me to keep checking back because there might be more flexibility closer to arrival. After days of follow-up, I was ultimately told no further complimentary upgrade was available and apparently never would have been. A clear no from the start would have been completely fine. What was frustrating was being led to believe the answer might change when it realistically would not. That back-and-forth wasted a significant amount of my time. At a time when hotel prices keep rising while brands keep stripping away perks and still calling the experience luxury, clear and honest communication matters even more. I expected better clarity and professionalism from a Waldorf Astoria and from Hilton generally.

We had an incredible stay at the The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with such a classic and elegant atmosphere. A huge shoutout to our concierge, Crystal—she truly made our trip extra special. Her attention to detail and thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed. The surprise waiting in our room was such a kind and memorable gesture. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. I would give this hotel 1000 stars if I could! Highly recommend
