Are the attractions accessible all year round?

The majority of attractions included on The New Orleans Pass are open all year round with just a few days of closure, usually around Christmas. Please refer to the New Orleans Pass guidebook to see the operating hours and/or dates for each attraction.

Is The New Orleans Pass suitable for those with disabilities and their caretakers?

Some attractions may offer caretaker places or free entry to visitors with disabilities, so The New Orleans Pass might not be the most suitable for them as requirements vary from attraction to attraction. Please contact them directly for further information.

Are the 2, 3 and 5 day passes for consecutive days?

Yes, all New Orleans Passes are to be used on consecutive calendar days. For example, if you have a 3-day New Orleans Pass and start using it on a Tuesday, it will be valid for that day, Wednesday and Thursday. Note: If you start using your New Orleans Pass in the evening or late in the day that will count as your first day.

Does my pass expire?

All-inclusive passes are valid for the number of consecutive days that you purchased. Day 1 starts when you scan your pass at your first attraction and each ‘day’ of your pass finishes at midnight. This is the case regardless of what time of day you choose to scan your first attraction.
