We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of August. In terms of the location, there are predominantly LGBTQ bars nearby & a few restaurants. Most of the key tourist locations are a decent drive away. It’s probably for this reason why we wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel suggests on social media that they have resident British Bulldogs, Winston & Churchill but these do not stay at the location & were never seen which is a shame & a little false advertising maybe. I have to say all staff were exceptionally polite & really attentive. A real positive for the hotel. The breakfast servers, while also friendly, didn’t have the finesse of most 5* star hotels. For example, drinks were requested that never arrived & we had to ask someone else after 10 minutes of waiting. Most of the times water was poured or tea pots were placed on our table, liquid was split on the table. While on the topic of breakfast, it’s great they provide breakfast but the range is really rather limited & often once things were gone from the display, they weren’t replenished. If you want anything y cooked, this is extra & the prices are quite steep. To the rooms. They are of a good size with all the amenities you’d expect. I do have an issue with the size of the beds. They only provide a double bed which for two adults is pretty tight going. The shower is amazing & probably one of the best showers I’ve seen. Valet parking is expensive at $75 per day - more than the cost of the hire car itself!

It is hard to get past the $75 valet parking charge...per night....but, Almost all of the rooms are the same size and identical and the different levels are related to how good and better and best your view is. That is it. The rooms are simply furnished but well laid out with everything you need. The bathroom is large and well lit and has a fantastic double shower and a large tub. A good Breakfast BUFFET is included which basically means bagel selection and fruit and breads and juice. If you want eggs and bacon etc. that costs extra. But they gotta do something about that valet charge. Heaven forbid you stay four nights. That is an extra $300 to park the car! It just leaves a sour taste.....
