Nice location , friendly stuff .. .., clean and big enough rooms .., IHG hotels are my preferred brand and their standards and quality make my trips much more comfortable & safety.. !…location is close to city…… hope to back town soon …….,,,.

It’s a bit old and dated looking, the buffet breakfast which is an extra charge is smaller than a Holiday Inn or Hilton free breakfast. It was clean and the staff nice.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very spacious, Love the separation of the sitting area and beds. Great location, quiet. It was our first stay at a IHG Crown Plaza but we were very happy on our short family trip. We liked the big couch in the living room, and it was very comfortable. They provide a Keurig coffee maker and a mini fridge. Our next Six Flags trip this will be our place to stay!

"Surprisingly nice hotel"

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is an older property and next to a busy highway, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My room (small suite) ended up being very nice, and totally quiet at night. The room had a BIG couch in the living room, and it was very comfortable. I liked how the side table had a USB port. There was a counter with a Keurig coffee maker (and a bottle of water), and a mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable. It had a nice duvet and plenty of good pillows. There were also plenty of plugs and USBs next to the bed. The bathroom had a big shower instead of a tub, and it had a nice, big vanity table. My only minor disappointments were that housekeeping had only left decaf Keurig pods, so I didn’t bother to make coffee. Fortunately there was regular coffee available in the main lobby. The suitcase stand was in the closet under a pile of extra pillows and blankets, so I didn’t bother to move them to use it. The towels were fairly thin, and not soft. And the TV remote in the bedroom wasn’t paired with the TV, so I had to manually change the channel. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would gladly stay here again.

"Special touches matter!"

Everything we experienced here on our short visit was very impressive! We stayed here to attend a concert at AT&T. Cute touch by front desk, they had the music of band we were seeing, playing overhead when we arrived! We will definitely be back!
