We had an excellent stay. The only bad thing I have to say is that the air conditioning in the room was loud. The staff was friendly. The breakfast options were decent and the breakfast burrito on the menu was delicious. The views are nice from the "quiet" pool and there were always plenty of towels. The hotel is very kid friendly with an activities room, ping pong, basketball court and a splash pad. It's also only a 5 minute walk to Legoland.

We had a wonderful experience at the Cassara. Arriving an hour later than expected due to a flight delay, I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk and the remaining 6 days of our stay continued to be filled with kind and friendly interactions in the beautiful and relaxing setting. As we traveled all around the area, my family continued to comment on how pleased they were with the location of the Cassara. The stay couldn’t have been better.

If you’re going to LEGOLAND, this is the perfect hotel! You can easily walk to the park from here, which makes everything so convenient. Everyone is always so friendly, and the hotel is very clean. When I booked, I left a note with a few requests, and they made sure to read it and accommodate us as much as possible, they actually fulfilled all of my wishes! We had such a great experience and can’t wait for our next trip to LEGOLAND.
