The hotel is used for unhoused families cars bring fixed in parking lot and people hanging out everywhere Out room was hot, tv on and rug was wet clearly someone had been in there before we arrived. Spotty wifi , sad breakfast that got scooped up by families coming out of their rooms

Rooms very clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff friendly Cost reasonable compared to hotel next door $279.00 night. We only needed overnight cleaning bed and bathroom while traveling. Would stay here again

Good location close to many shops and restaurants. The room they gave me was nice and spacious. Would be 5 stars if the room was cleaned and supplied with fresh towels. After 1 week, no fresh ones are good service. I hope others didn't have the same experience as me.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, I noticed a large hole in one of the mattresses, which had simply been covered by the bedding as if nothing were wrong. The room itself was in poor condition, with visible signs of disrepair and a strong odor of mildew. The bathroom was also unclean, with black curly hairs on the shower walls. Additionally, the advertised “free Wi-Fi” was completely non-functional during my stay. The one redeeming quality was the front desk staff—particularly one woman who was exceptionally friendly and as helpful as possible under the circumstances. However, I would strongly recommend seeking alternative accommodations
