This hotel is nothing fancy, however their front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. It’s well taken care of and a great value. Good location and the rooms include some extra desk space I wasn’t expecting. I would plan on staying here again

Was supposed to stay 2 nights. Should have never checked in. Old and run down and generally just not really up to brand standards. I was going to just tough it out the 2nd night, but after I killed my 2nd bug I called it and left the hotel at 10pm and went to a courtyard down the road.

Zhanna was superior in customer service Very nice and polite, the right person to work at the hotel. Also thank you to the cafeteria people JoJo, papa Greg, and Karen. Place was great and make you feel safe. Heating pool was a plus. Free parking and breakfast who can ask for more.

Most awful experience by management. There was no AC in hotel and sleep was not great. I complained and asked for partial compensation given I didn't sleep. I expect a clean comfortable room. Manager gave me a BS comparison to missing a flight due to an accident on the highway and having to pay a change fee. I questioned that logic given that while it was something out of their control it didn't mean they should try to do things right. Based on how they treated me I would never ever stay in this facility again.

SpringHill Suites in Boca Raton was a midpoint on our road trip down the A1A. The location right off the highway was ideal for convenience, and we always appreciate the mini kitchens for added flexibility during our travels. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t quite meet expectations. The AC didn’t cool the room well, the bed wasn’t comfortable, the pillows were unusually small, and worst of all, the fridge didn’t keep our leftovers cold. We had to toss them out, which was a bummer. For a quick stop, it was okay, but not much more than that. 3 stars.”
