I booked this hotel for a quick work trip, but I didn’t even make it through the night. From the moment I walked in, I got an odd, uncomfortable vibe. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe in the lobby or walking through the hallways to my room. The room itself was very small, poorly maintained, and not clean—especially the bathroom. It felt old and overdue for a full renovation. I knew right away this wasn’t somewhere I could stay. I called the front desk to check out almost immediately, and thankfully, the staff member was incredibly understanding and kind. They didn’t charge me for the stay, which I really appreciated. I ended up booking a room at another Marriott nearby, which was a much better experience. I’m grateful for the helpful staff, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until major updates are made—especially for solo female travelers.

The stay was awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Znaha who works at the front desk! Def come stay and enjoy. The pool is very clean and heated and works until 11 pm. Gym is clean and has everything you need for a good solid workout. Also great breakfast!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed this hotel. The rooms though not particularly spacious were quite adequate and very comfortable. Very good TV and good bid. Nice pillows. Breakfast was very good with very good variety and it changed every day. Pool was nice with very good atmosphere of plant life around it. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. People were particularly friendly and very accommodating. Quite willing to go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. Want to particularly acknowledge David and Jerry and especially Zhanna. Zhanna, one of the managers is truly passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and assuring that guests had an enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
