    Very nice. Clean. Helpful staff. Great location. Plenty of room though only had a small desk chair. Need to add an extra comfortable chair for this room especially as it has two beds indicating two or more guests are likely to stay. Breakfast was ok. Bagels, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs. Really like the hours of 6:00-10:00. Most places start later and if you want an early stat you miss out on breakfast. Great for an over night stay but would work for longer. A bit of a drive to St. Augustine sites with heavy traffic. Intersection of RT 95 is a challenge with heavy traffic. Definitely not easy on easy off. Two places to eat and a gas station right there so that was convenient.

    I would not stay here nor book a Spark by Hilton again. There is no way this location is Hilton Quality. The pictures do not match the hotel at all. There are no microwaves or coffee pots in the room you have to share one microwave in the hotel lobby. The fridge didn't keep anything cold. The door to the bathroom and the bedroom kept closing shut. I had to place a chair and the luggage holder in front of them. The floor wasn't level. You could hear people walking through the hallway all night. The cover on the shower head spins around and you couldn't tell which was hot or cold. The sink wasn't draining properly. Mold was falling off the bottom of the foot step in the shower. They tried to paint it up and make it look nice but no sir it was not. The elevator was really scary door slowly opening and closing. The smells through out the hotel and floor were very unsettling. I cannot believe I paid the rate I did I trust the Hilton brand name compared to other chains and this was so below my expectation. It may have been another hotel at one point and they bought it and tried to make it spark but no spark here. I couldn't sleep at all. The exhaust from the first floor of people checking in came into the room all night through the air conditioner. Couldn't get the room cold enough. I didn't even attempt the coffee or breakfast because it has been horrible at all Hilton locations. The washer was out of order and there was water leaking all over the floor from the ice machine. For the same price I could have went with Hampton Inn or Homewood Suites with much better care and concern for their locations and guests. I would not stay here at this location. I wish I had pictures I was so mad I didn't think to take any I just wanted out so bad.

    Wonderful staff- Kareen and Kimona. Room minimalist but has everything you need inc. mirror, coat rack, and 2 lamps attached to headboard. Simple but good breakfast. Definitely out of the way of historic district but so inexpensive with the uber ride was worth it. I stayed at the other one at the Historic District and the staff is not as nice.

    Our stay at the hotel Stark by Hilton I-95 was amazing! Kimona at front desk was very kind and welcoming! The hotel is not large, but it is clean, comfortable, quiet, and the entire staff is professional, friendly and welcoming. Our room was in the back/ top floor so we had nice quiet sleep, which we appreciate. Complimentary free breakfast was good; another plus is free and safe parking.

    The main entrance is very confusing , plus goggle bring you to the one in the downtown area, not the one by I-95 when I book my reservation, there’s no detail about any deposits, I think the hotel should let customers know in advance unless is just another way to make extra money from clients.
