"Two stays this fall. Top-notch for work trips to Atlanta."

I recently stayed two times at the Sheraton Suites Galleria. I was in town for business and overall enjoyed my time within the hotel. I loved having the suite with the extra living room. It meant I could work and relax a little (and eat my carry out, on one night), in front of the TV without having to eat on the bed! The beds were comfortable and you can tell they use the nicer linens, my night was peaceful, I slept very well. Everything was neat and clean. Plenty of towels and well-lit bathrooms and mirror/sink area making it easy to dress best for the day. There was tea/coffee in the room by the sink/fridge area but I did not partake. There is a Starbucks downstairs and the free hot breakfast is not your normal continental, it's more elevated, with eggs, proteins, fresh fruit etc. Always saw the manager floating around the lobby welcoming guests too which was nice to see. The gym was plenty for what I needed. The bar in the evening had a nice buzz to it, enjoyed the cocktail and a pizza, which meant I did not have to go outside for dinner. But I did venture out one day to the mall right across the street and found plenty of dining options there too. Easy to get to, easy to book, not to pricey, easy to stay - I will be back.

"Home Base for Braves + Falcons Weekend"

I booked this hotel for my husband and son for a weekend in Atlanta to see a Braves and Falcons game. Since the 2 arenas are in different places, we decided to pick one area as a home base. We liked this location due to better pricing vs. downtown, as well as good reviews, being more newly renovated, free breakfast and suite-style rooms. There are also lots of things to walk to. The room setup was great with 2 double beds and large sofa/sitting area. My son liked the bed, my husband did not find it that comfortable but otherwise really liked the room. It was a 15-20 min walk to the Braves stadium. The mall was close but they didn't have time to walk over there. Pool was freezing cold, so was a bit disappointing. Overall good value, spacious room, clean. Breakfast was good. Easy to get Uber to downtown/Falcons. Would stay again.

"Best north ATL hotel period!"

All staff were friendly and welcoming and so helpful. Service was top tier. Very accessible to Truist park and a great variety of dining and shopping. Convenient to I75 and I 285. Excellent fitness facility and restaurant bar area. Hotel and rooms clean and stocked with all needed items. Easy and safe parking garage. Tiffany and Chinaya were so kind and helpful. Ron in maintenance is the best he quickly arrived to fix a fixture issue in my room. Excellent in fine accommodations and great value.

"My door was open when I went downstairs and my fridge was leaking and I could not put my insulin in it. PM was mean"

When I came from downstairs reporting some problems and they gave me a heater. I came back upstairs and my door was open and I did not open it. I wasn’t scared, but it was a safety issue. Also, my refrigerator was leaking and I I needed my insulin. I had no fridge for two days and that was a medication problem,. It was so cold and I’m on blood thinners even the heater that they gave me didn’t work. I could not move to another hotel because everything was sold out. The morning shift was wonderful, especially Nayeli and Tiffany from that evening shift was wonderful but everybody else was so nasty. They told me I could not talk to a manager. And they said They were sold out and they could not move me at all. I said what about my medicine? What about my blood thinners, they didn’t care. The free breakfast was wonderful Hanks staff was good and the burger was good.

"Not up to par"

We arrived with a large family contingent. Our room was nice, though we only had enough towels for one - which was quickly managed. The problems: 1) Our room was not serviced by 4:00 pm and we had to call to get it done 2) Our group had come to this hotel specifically because of its indoor/outdoor pool. We arrived only to find the tiny pools utterly floating with filth. We called the desk. They were surprised. We later learned that the technician said it would be closed for another week. There was no announcement and no sign. A great disappointment for our party. 3) Several members of our group found toilets that failed to flush unless they held the handle down for the entire flush. Ours was VERY slow to flush. 4) A couple had showers that completely flooded. Given how slowly the hotel responded to requests, most of us didn't bother to complain. For the price we paid it was definitely NOT worth it.
