One and two bedroom suites are available complete with fully-equippend kitchens, separate living areas. Complimentary breakfast is available daily at the hotel's dining room and a poolside bar and grill is perfect for a day soaking in the sun at the outdoor pool. Games room and fitness center are also available onsite.

Reserve your spot at the hotel's free scheduled transportation to the theme parks such as Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. The shuttles have scheduled stops throughout the day and reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

Pet Policy: Pets under 80 pounds are always welcome. A fee of $75.00 for stays 1 to 7 nights will be charged and a fee of $150.00 for 8 plus nights. Pet fee applies to all rooms hosting pets, excluding service animals. Pets must be secured for housekeeping service. Please notify the hotel prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet.

"Negative experience! Elevator issue."

My family and I have stayed here before, and our previous experience was wonderful. This week, however, was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. 2 out of the 3 elevators are out of order, and although the staff was able to accommodate us to a room near the working elevator, the lobby was all the way across, so we still had to walk quite a bit. This elevator issue is not recent, and with my heart condition, I wish I was notified ahead of time so I could make necessary adjustments to my vacation. Due to this issue, I was forced to rent a scooter to prevent an injury. Second complaint would be housekeeping, when we transferred rooms, my daughters food was left behind in one of the cupboards, and although it was my own fault for forgetting it, housekeeping knew it was a room transfer and failed to contact us regarding the items left behind. When I contacted them less than 24 hrs later, they notified me the room had not been occupied and that they would search. I was told they were thrown out, but then I was given a different story and only half my items were given to me. That same night, we were locked out of our room, our keys had been deactivated and no one could give me an explanation as to why. The only positive experiences here was the breakfast (great variety), the rooms, and the customer service that was provided by Odette and Clara. They truly went above and beyond for us and I really do appreciate their empathy, kindness, and help. It was them who made our trip memorable.

Odette is the BEST part of this hotel! She is so kind, inviting and warm to all of her guests. She is the reason we will return when we come back in October. The pool area is nice with a hot tub and wading pool. There are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs to use.

"Ok for a short stay if your expectation are low"

Beds were comfortable. Hotel is very dated. Pool area was clean and fun for kids. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not enough seating and food cant be brought back to room to eat so we had to stand holding our plates to eat. Management should hire english speaking employees. Woman at check in needs a refresher course in customer service. She seemed overwhelmed. NOT what I have come to expect from a Staybridge Suites

"Terrible hotel"

I have been an IHG member for over 20 years with elite status and traveled the world. I used to stay at holiday inn and intercontinental and others but this hotel has been by far the worst experience ever. I had to leave after the first night and couldn’t do it sooner because the kids were sleeping and exhausted after a long flight. This hotel was filthy, rooms were not as advertised, and not as clean, amenities were terrible and bathrooms were not clean at all, rust everywhere and bugs.
