"Needs a deep clean and an upgrade"

Rooms are very dated and sofa , carpet etc not clean . On arrival we were given a room and the sofa was all stained, next room was smelling and by the third room we gave up and settled for the best out of a bad lot . The hotel staff was embarrassed and was very apologetic. The breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly . House keeping came in daily to change towels but only made our bed the day before we left. Lots of loungers at the pool were broken . Like I’ve said staff were very friendly

Sadly we could only stay here one night. There is a lot to like about this place. The setting is very nice, the rooms were clean, the suite was large, and the breakfast food was amazing. There was a very nice lady Clara who helped us through the food line because we had a baby with us. I wish we had time to go in the pool because it looked really neat. The reason we booked this spot was because it was the best price in the whole area. However, I forgot about "resort" fees, so not sure if it turned out to be the best price after all haha. The rooms were not super up to date, the lighting kinda dingy, but that's just a personal thing. Things just felt kinda old, and little rusty here and there, but overall it was a very nice, quiet place for the price.
