One and two bedroom suites are available complete with fully-equippend kitchens, separate living areas. Complimentary breakfast is available daily at the hotel's dining room and a poolside bar and grill is perfect for a day soaking in the sun at the outdoor pool. Games room and fitness center are also available onsite.

Reserve your spot at the hotel's free scheduled transportation to the theme parks such as Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. The shuttles have scheduled stops throughout the day and reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

Pet Policy: Pets under 80 pounds are always welcome. A fee of $75.00 for stays 1 to 6 nights will be charged and a fee of $150.00 for 7 plus nights. Pet fee applies to all rooms hosting pets, excluding service animals. Pets must be secured for housekeeping service. Please notify the hotel prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet.

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast was as described, best breakfast I've had compared to other hotels.. Rooms where neat and clean as well, I did like that the suites also had dishes and pots and pans for our use. The huge con was the renovation that took place during our stay! I was never told nor emailed about the renovation, maybe it's because we booked through a 3rd party, the place needs a renovation but I would never have booked my family vacation knowing that; I had to drive 20 min away just to be able to wash our clothes at a dingy laundry mat that by the way didn't even dry my clothes all the way, I ended up hanging up my clothes throughout the hotel suit in order for them to finish drying. I had no issue with our Disney tickets nor our Universal tickets, everything went great with that.

I don't know that you can beat this hotel for the price! This hotel has some age on it so I want to set that up right off the bat. They are currently renovating so even that should improve overtime. Everyone was so nice! The entire establishment was very clean and organized. It is close to all the parks and easy access to main highway. The breakfast was really very good each morning even though it is free and they have free drinks at the bar from 5:00 to 6:00. The only reason I didn't give that 5th star is because the travel to the parks was too infrequent. I am so glad we went ahead with a rental car. Again, you are very close to the parks so I assumed that travel to and from the parks would be going all the time. They only do a set drop off and pickup that would not have worked for us at all. We ended up paying for a rental car and then the $22 to $25 a day to park it at Universal and Magic Kingdom. Keep that in mind when booking your reservation.

"What a disappointment!"

It all started with arriving and being told that the pool and game room is closed due to renovations. Since we werent there for the pool (visiting disney world parks takes up full day anyway ) we figured no big deal. Little did we know that there will be construction right under our window, not just for the pool but adjacent grounds as well, waking up with loud banging and machinery at 7 isnt my idea of vacation . While this hotel shows photos of new Orleans theme, the only "feel" of cajun anything is when you walking to see the harlequin on entrance .

The hotel offers free continental breakfast ..food is decent , though served kind of cold , but the cafe is located by the pool so we were eating with the banging and dust flying . They also offer a laundromat on site , which is a huge reason why we booked the hotel since we planned on another week of driving after the disney world vacation . On the last day we loaded up the washer, had breakfast and went to check out. Loaded up the dryer for an hour and half , figuring itll definitely spin while we are away and went to get the car rental, retuned to the hotel only to find that the machine is still spinning with 5 mins left on it with the stuff inside still soaked. Another hotel guest came in and complained of the same.

Moral of the story: holiday inn is within a 5 min drive, closer to the disney parks and cheaper too. Next time we will opt for a stay on disney premises, may be more expensive but I'll save myself the aggravation and headache.

First time at this place , hotel was clean for the most part . First bad experience- there is a woman at a ticket desk next to the main entry door , this woman kept trying to sell tickets even after telling her i had tickets and then kept trying to have my family go to another hotel viewing. Spending as much money as i did on this vacation and to have this annoying individual keep pestering my family every time walking past made my choice to stay here again , i wont stay here again . Second - in the 5 days i stayed i had to get the room key cards re activated 3 times . The desk man said not to put the card near any phones or other cards - and i always kept the card by its self and still an issue . Third- this hotel favors Disney , i bought tickets to both Disney and Universal because this hotel offered shuttle bus service to both parks but when you arrive to the hotel they tell you they shuttle to Disney multiple times and universal one time and its only half day visits allowed if using the hotels shuttle bus service. As much as these vacations cost you would think these hotel would provide equal services to both parks since they also sell tickets to both parks
