We checked into the Rosen Inn for a 5 night stay. The initial check in was fine but as we settled into our stay it changed very quickly. The room was outdated and the balcony door was not able to be opened. Something that we read that you could. This made it difficult for drying swimming costumes etc. The room was right on the high way and all night we were kept awake with the noise of the traffic. I had rang reception to ask if we could move room and was told no that was the only option. This was without even looking into it for us. Over the few days that we were there, we had no room service. We had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed, we had no fresh towels or toilet rolls either. We had to look for the maid in the halls and ask for these things. Later in the stay, I rang the reception to ask for a late checkout as we were not leaving for the airport until 5pm that evening and we were to be out of the room by 11am. I spoke to several people before being told by the manager we could have until 1pm free but if we wanted until 3pm it would be a fulls days charge. I had explained we required the room as it was for disability needs but the hotel did not seem to care. I was met with extremely rude and disrespectful staff. I asked for someone else to speak to and was told that there was no one else available. I will say that the guest relations team are lovely and do try to help as much as they can but for issues as above they need to pass you onto the reception. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel was clean and located well. Unfortunately the shuttle to Disney has been discontinued but they do still offer a shuttle to universal if that’s what you’re looking for. The front desk woman, Gina, was very polite and helpful, even though it was late when we checked in and she had several people interrupting her the entire time. Excellent service. Set the tone for our whole vacation

Just got back. This place is clean and affordable. It is outdated a bit yes but we weren't in our room all day. I would stay again for sure. It is great for location and can walk to alot of places on I-Drive. It was a very quiet hotel as far as other guests, but I will say traffic from the hwy is very loud all hours of night.We never had time to check out the pool or the restruant however the restruant was only running for the bfast buffet and that was it. The shuttle to the parks was great and was always on time for pick up. I would say it is great value for the price.

We stayed here due to the closeness of Universal and perfect positioning for where we needed to be, we can not fault the place. It was spacious, clean a little dated but all staff was friendly and under and deliveries worked a treat from here. Such a wonderful price too. We was never here during the day except one day, the day we was here we went to the pool to relax and it was lovely. Its not 5*, It's not all inclusive bit it is what it is and we was very happy with the hotel. Yes we would return. The price was fantastic, it was quiet and compared to Avanti Palms next door it was amazing !!! Thank you ! (If I was to stay in my room longer I would have maybe chosen another hotel but honestly this place was absolutely fine for the 10 days we was there) Thank you
